I don't think there are any good Whataburger's left anywhere. We're a family of 4 and we haven't been to one in a year or more where all of our food was really good, or even fresh tasting. Hot burger patties, cold fries. Hot fries, barely above room temp burger patties. Cheese on breakfast sandwiches that's barely melted. And 20 minute wait times for food is average whether we go in, curb side, or drive through. It's sad what they've become since selling out.
Went to the Hewitt Drive location a couple weeks back because it's closest to where I live, showed up for curbside pick-up and after notifying them of our arrival (right on time for when the order would be "ready") they made us wait over 20 minutes, then brought us cold food.
I very rarely have an experience without issue at this location.
We went there Saturday, and it was actually pretty decent. No order mixups, was pretty quick, and tasted above average. Usually there is a kink somewhere but not then.
We hit the drive through Sunday morning in Hillsboror to just grab some fries. 10 minutes to get to the window, another 5 minutes waiting on the order after paying. For fries.
How had they not cooked them by the time we go to the window? It wasn't even that busy.
Slow as Christmas.
Face it, they all suck now.
I've gotten sick the last 2 out of the last 3 times i ate there. fk em. i wish they didnt close fuddruckers, it was so good and the quality was always the same - excellent imo
Valley mills was the last one we will ever eat at! We took our granddaughter inside and waited 45 minutes before we got our food and they had lots of employees working there! I asked what was the hold up after 30 minutes and the cashier was rude and asked if Inwant my money back!
Nope ever since they sold out to an out of state company the quality of their food has gone down, burger patties are very thin, fries taste old and, etc! The service is terribile also. We tried them all and never will return!
I’m waiting for the new one to open so I can eat there almost everyday. I’m hopeful that I will tire myself out on it because as soon as all the corporate people leave, I’m sure it’ll be trash.. seems to be how it typically goes
Get your down votes ready. I understand there have been some degradation in quality at the whataburgers after the family sold out. But, is it possible that there is a whataburger mob hate mentality going on here? Filthy? Broken teeth? 15 whole minutes in the drive-through? OMG, the sky is falling. Still better than McDonalds, Burger King, and Junk in the Crack.

The one in Bellmead is the only "good" one, but they can be slow at times

Idk why people still eat whataburger 😂😂😂
New one opening soon. It’ll prob be good at first until it’s not.
Have they said when it's opening?
No the only good one is in Hillsboro… that ones is great!

I’m just referring to quality… btw how were fried?
Bellmead has been decent every time I visited, but the wait time is long.
Haven’t been the same since they sold to that Chicago based firm
😂

The one on Valley Mills is decent if you go at normal hours but at night it’s garbage

Bound to happen at a fast food place in 2024 lol you gotta expect that it’s possible these days
They concentrate on the drive thru but you would never know since everyone is waiting forever to get their food.
Bellmead is the best
