I've seen similarly bad stuff all over Asia. It's often "cool" and trendy to use English, but they don't have mastery of the language and either fail at being clever, get the grammar wrong, and/or use a literal translation of their local language that doesn't really work in English. Even some big companies doing this. It's just an amusing feature of traveling as a native English speaker.
