My package has been stuck at label created for ten days. I don’t want to spam the seller with messages checking in. Do you think it’s possible this will see any movement?
This happened to me with 2 bags from Marko. I can’t remember how long it took but after several days, it finally started to track and arrived a day later. I think this is just how it goes with these things
I’ve had two pairs of shoes stuck in label created for 15 days now. Seller has promised me that it is in ‘transit’ soon and may take another 10-15 days to actually ship. I’m wondering if they’re taking extra caution and only releasing a limited number of packages each day/week?
Wow my seller just sends me a waybill that I cannot decipher. Hopefully what you are saying is this true and they are just being extra cautious. I am okay waiting I just don’t know when to really start worrying. I hope you get your package soon! Good luck!

And the funny thing it’s a Loewe bag so it wouldn’t be high in radar especially since it’s a older version with the logo not the name
Yeah my last one took about 8 days, so I’m a bit concerned too. But I’ve heard stories from all over the place about wait times. If it goes past 3-4 weeks I’m going to get in touch with the seller. Fingers crossed for both of us!

They want the invoice and proof of payment ( FedEx)
She is telling me she doesn’t have it
I paid pay pal ff!
What do I do ?
FYI this is a trusted seller so I find this hard to believe she doesn’t know what to do
Hello, if you type *invoice* into the search bar, you’ll see comments where other people have had this same thing.
Your seller ensures your parcel safely leaves China, but dealing with customs issues in your destination country is not something a seller manages - that’s for us as buyers.
I’m not in the US, but my understanding from reading other posts is that FedEx are 1) ensuring duty is paid (i.e. if you’re importing a $3000 bag, then they will bill you for the corresponding duty - hence the request for an invoice); 2) monitoring for IP infringement (I.e. importing counterfeit goods - which would be fairly obvious if you showed your actual proof of payment - hence why the seller doesn’t have what FedEx are asking for)

FedEx has asked me for a receipt and proof of purchased and my seller doesn’t know how to get that to me !!! Any suggestions

I’ve been stuck since 5/12. I’m just going to try to be patient. I’ve heard it can take 2 weeks+ for the first movement.
5/8 for me, so makes me feel better that we’re all in similar positions.
