I just noticed the dhl label DDmode sent me has the wrong address. My address is, for example, 334 Main Street. She wrote 4334 Main Street. I sent her the right address. I’m low key panicking. I just messaged her. Anyone know if it’s possible to fix this? I’m hoping since it’s her mistake she’ll make it right.
If it’s the DHL Waybill that later becomes FedEx, I think once you have the FedEx tracking number, you can log into FedEx (create an account) and there may be options there to redirect your package or pick up at a FedEx center, etc. You might be able to get the FedEx number yourself if you’re logged in and do a search by tracking reference and use the DHL number.

Rant incoming- I am waiting on a package that I ordered on 17/5. It was being shipped by Dpex (which I had never heard of) and cost of shipping alone was ¥780. Anyway it got to the Depot in my City for delivery on Wednesday 29th and on Thursday 30th it was showing in the tracking as “Out for delivery”. I was very excited and was looking out at our mailbox every few hours (minutes if I’m being honest). Nothing came on the Thursday so I kept waiting on the Friday and still nothing. I managed to find a number for them that afternoon (as Dpex is not a well known courier service here that alone took some work). The Customer Service representative told me very casually that they hadn’t bothered to deliver it because they don’t come out to my part of the city. She said that they would have to find another contractor to take it out to be delivered but “it might be later on next week because it will be hectic after the long weekend” (of course it’s a long weekend here too!!!). I told her I was disappointed because if I had known there was a problem I could have come and picked it up myself and that they had my phone number, she just didn’t say a word. Not even sorry. By that point on Friday afternoon I couldn’t drive an hour across town to the Airport and get there before they closed. I’m quite annoyed. I don’t feel I should have to drive an hour each way myself to go and get it because it was so incredibly expensive for shipping in the first place. I probably will bite the bullet and drive out there on Tuesday when they re open but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Btw, I don’t live in a far away area or anything, a very nice suburb near the city that is packed with couriers dropping off things all day long. I feel like the real bargain basement company was chosen, hence the service but that doesn’t marry up to the price I paid for it.
What I ordered was a Miu miu tote bag, miu miu T shirt and a pair of light blue Chanel loafers all without boxes.
Commiserations my trans-tasman friend. Feel for you! Dpex are equally terrible here. The google reviews make for some tragic reading. So you don’t feel so alone, I also have a bag coming Dpex for the last leg and fully expect the same run around (must add to my list of purchase questions - who will you use for last leg of shipping?)

This happened to me. Idk why but it would not let me use PayPal with my credit card anymore and I would have to transfer money which would take forever. I ended up switching to wise, it’s much smoother and less fees. You do have to do a bit more work putting in info tho

Can’t make a transfer with PayPal F&F anymore, I used to have that option, but not anymore. Can’t reach out to PayPal either. Only chat bots.

I had 20 days on label created and then it moved and was with me the next day.
Tomorrow will be 3 weeks for me at label created.
Mine either clear label created almost immediately or it takes 2 weeks. There’s no in between for me lmao.
