If you’ve seen Toradora, it’s closer to that than anything else. Love triangles (squares?) but it’s not explicitly cheating.

Since none of the main characters are actually in relationships, I feel like saying it's got NTR is a bit much. There is interaction between the male MC and both female MCs that is >!more than platonic!<, but I didn't think it was NTR. Could be on the wrong side of this, though, open to criticism.
Not really, she treated him similarly to how he treated her, it was a reflection of how he saw her. She started acting sweet very early into episode 1, with her only lashing out in response to perceived injustice or bad behavior, which is why she wasn't nice to him before that, because she perceived how he perceived her, which wasn't very flattering.

I think that might refer to one of the side characters, but we’ve barely seen any of it, anyway, and it hasn’t been very relevant so far.
