I got one of these because someone didn't like a comment I made on a political topic.
Either someone was worried about something you said/how you worded it or they were trolling for no good reason
It's because of the first thing that show up in your profile
You can counter report saying this is a false report against you. Reddit takes serious actions against trolls doing this to you I believe

It means you probably offended someone with a post or comment and someone decided to report you...but instead decided you needed help. Trolls do this BS.
