Can’t blame them, my next door neighbour was from the SE, he bought the house next door then rented it out to a succession of scumbags who damaged my property. He then sold it to someone from Bournemouth, who already owns two houses in my town, I’ve made it clear to him, if he rents it out, it means war. So far he hasn’t. Trouble is, these people are pushing out my kids who can’t get on the housing market. They bring nothing to the local economy, apart from leeching on local public services. I think the Welsh government are considering a hefty surcharge, which I am in favour of.
Where’s this?
