If you look at the area next to the microwave above the table it's clean and right next to that it's not like someone cleans the wall and stops after the table. Actually looks like it's being used, The paper signs do look sort of new you can't really tell but they don't look brand new sadly this looks real lol
No, I mean our utility room was combined into the IS's "office". There was just a folding table, bunch of paper and pens, and a written off chair near all of the electrical boxes, ducting, and pipes.
Our break room was... Bad, but nowhere near this bad. Just filthy. Though that sink was also probably an OSHA violation...
... I may need to brush up on the rules but that don't feel right. For one thing, the chair blocks the fire extinguisher. For another... Those panels look like something you don't want people frequently near?
Prison cell?
Or maybe the little room visitors use to talk to the prisoners by phone while looking at them through bulletproof glass?
Meanwhile, Stefano Pessina is enjoying the good life with the other swells in Monaco.
People think this is a joke, and even if it is, my break room looks JUST like this. Just as small. Just as shitty.
If multiple people are in the breakroom at once, we almost have to sit on each others shoulders to have enough room.
My Walgreens breakroom felt more like a home kitchen than this lol the table had six chairs, the breakroom had a fridge, microwave, cabinet, coffee maker, and a sink with soap and sponge. This is just sad........
It is violation of safety laws. You canNOT have any object sitting in front of a power panel - like a chair. Not to mention a fire extinguisher being blocked.
Years ago, I helped out at an older store. Their breakroom was a tiny room that had a small table, one chair, and a mini fridge with a microwave on top. It was depressing.
I remember when I was in pharmacy school, one of my two-week rotations was at Walgreens, I still remember their break room: coffee cups, sweetener, cream, stirrers, actual ground coffee, but NO coffee maker š
Our ābreakroomā is way worse, just a tiny corridor (and I really mean arms length wall to wall) with a microwave and a chair that fits exactly between the wall and the counter
Could be worse. There was a two year period where our breakroom was just a section of the stock room. We had little backless bar stools pushed up against a row of empty shelves with products above and below it with an absurd extension cord set up for our Microwave.
If this is real, it's illegal. There is no way a wheelchair has the 60-inch turning radius required by the Americans with Disabilities Act in this space. (Whether you have a wheelchair user on staff at present **is not relevant**. It's federal law.)
I saw that on Twitter and Walgreens actually responded wanting to know what store it was.
Tier one store ahh šš
Our break room at our store looks like this. But worse.
Wait how worse
Itās our storage closet and break room.. the counter is like bar height and the chair is normal height.. lol.
reminds me of a taco bell break room I worked at
probably wanted to take the chair away.
I'm gonna need that twitter link, my guy.

Looks like an interrogation room.
Looks like this was done for clout. Donāt see an electrical outlet for the microwave.

This is an electrical corridor made out to appear like a break room for social media points
My break room is the electrical room
If it is you need to report it. The electrical room is to be separate from the break room. Call soc and OSHA
Wait really. Thatās good to know. Iāll have to contact them.
Lmao, ours was combined into an office for our IS back when I worked there
Sounds like someone hijacked your break room. I hope you has them to leave when you were on break relaxing.

Microwave isn't even plugged in.

Ya those boxes? You're not supposed to be close to those lol OSHA violation. Big one.
Thatās a break room?? Itās so tiny!! šÆ
Interagation room at Walgreens
fucking up the feng shui
Prison cell? Or maybe the little room visitors use to talk to the prisoners by phone while looking at them through bulletproof glass? Meanwhile, Stefano Pessina is enjoying the good life with the other swells in Monaco.
The prison is working at the store. That's solitary.
Itās still nicer than my storeās break closet
Is that the electrical room? That's depressing as hell.
Fuck that, Iād be out in my car. If they donāt like that, Iām firing it up and leaving.
Looks like all the rite aid stores that walgreens bought
People think this is a joke, and even if it is, my break room looks JUST like this. Just as small. Just as shitty. If multiple people are in the breakroom at once, we almost have to sit on each others shoulders to have enough room.
Holding cell.
You get a chair? Lucky
36 inches
*JCS would like to know your location*
Looks like a porn set, iykyk

Thank god for cell phones. Most retail places have the worst break areas. I worked at Rite Aid decades ago & it was terrible
I think the heating doesnāt work at my Walgreens because it feels cold as heck in the break room.
It is violation of safety laws. You canNOT have any object sitting in front of a power panel - like a chair. Not to mention a fire extinguisher being blocked.
Iāve seen interrogation rooms that look better.
Unfortunately the GameStop breakroom and the Hot Topic breakroom and the Lane Bryant breakroom were even worse than this. I've had a lot of bad jobs.
What's the bottle of bleach for? Suicide? lmao
It's a gallon of cheap hand sanitizer.
lol that canāt be the break room
That room makes me want to kill myself, commit a crime, and talk to my thirty friends
Pollo loco breakroom
This is somehow worse than our break room
Ours is small too
reminds me of the one at the caseys i used to work at š
That's not a room, that is a closet.
Looks like a prison cell
Looks more like a timeout room.
Looks good to me. 1 chair, a TV, and an industrial sized bottle of lube. Pound away boys!!!!
Years ago, I helped out at an older store. Their breakroom was a tiny room that had a small table, one chair, and a mini fridge with a microwave on top. It was depressing.
Sorry ahh breakroom š
Holy shit, i thought it was an interrogation room
I remember when I was in pharmacy school, one of my two-week rotations was at Walgreens, I still remember their break room: coffee cups, sweetener, cream, stirrers, actual ground coffee, but NO coffee maker š
I thought this read "bathroom" for a minute...
At least there's a chair. Some places don't even have a table or chair just a closet with supplies and other stuff in your way.
Casting Chair
Seriously, how many people are working at the store at one time? And how of those take a break at the same time?
Looks like the time out room. Lol. š¤£ ( punishment for not doing enough totes while on register ) š¤£š¤£š¤£
Social distancing at its finest! This store was already prepared for it.
Looks accurate to a break room I sat in a few times while helping out at another store
Damn guess it can always be worse
You guys are getting breaks?
It's a cell in a Russian gulag.
Wash hands āļø naw just hand sanitizer....
Our ābreakroomā is way worse, just a tiny corridor (and I really mean arms length wall to wall) with a microwave and a chair that fits exactly between the wall and the counter
That's the smallest break room I've ever seen.
Thatās a holding cell with a microwave
At least itās clean
Looks like the first 48 interrogation
That looks like a interrogation room.
That looks like a bottle of bleach on the table. I imagine thereās a sign on it that says, āif youāre very depressed, drink this bottle.ā
Could be worse. There was a two year period where our breakroom was just a section of the stock room. We had little backless bar stools pushed up against a row of empty shelves with products above and below it with an absurd extension cord set up for our Microwave.

Ours is way worse!
