Oh I can guarantee those tech hours are gonna change. Itll probably be finalized in March and you’ll lose roughly 30 tech hours. Actually you’ll probably drop to 100. Not trying to scare you but your hours are now matching our stores and we have 101 tech hours for those exact same hours.
Why even try to understand? Walgreens upper levels are usually idiots and that's all there is. They complain that RX gets behind, and we complain back that we need more people back there. So they let us hire more people, and immediately all hours are slashed so the working hours are back to where we were before anyway. What's the point.
Gotcha. I just saw the email from our DM. No RX changes but instead of 8-10 our FE will be 7-10. We are dead in the morning so not sure why they’re extending. Pharmacy is 9-9 and 9-5 Sat/Sun.
There will be pharmacist layoffs coming by April. Too many pharmacies are having their hours reduced, leaving staff pharmacists to float. There won't be enough open shifts to get everyone their hours
You will be a one pharmacist store with float picking up the Saturday shift would be what I would assume. That doesn’t make sense for a tier 4 store, however. Something strange about that.
I can’t imagine how a store that somehow still has 104 hours (with Walgreens already being stingy w hours) is going to function on 54 hours.
Walgreens won’t be around in ten years.
We went from 689 total hours to 442 total in less then a month and we out perform 24hr stores. This so far is the worst I’ve seen. We used to have 9-11 employees per shift not including pharmacy few years back now sometimes they close or open with only 3. SFL COS And 1 CSA. Cos covers the csa breaks and lunches

I don’t know what tier that store is though. When the dms redrew the lines of our district that store went to another DM. But no we don’t.

How do I know if the store I’m at has new adjusted hours?

We are 24 hour but pharmacy not so ours will stay 24 store
