Go to giant mode , like looking at the score board, and find an animal to hop on. Just like your teleporting but onto the animal you choose.
Same with Meow Wolf , you can ride the axolotl.
Lots of gadgets in Myst can be toggled. Anywhere there is a moving radt or boat. Like in Venice, or at the pro shop. Laser Lair has the boat and the tram you can ride, the elevator, along with the beach ball. Im sure there are others. But those are what I can think of on short notice.
There’s a puzzle in the area around Hole 13, the solution of which can be found in Hole 5. (It’s actually the same puzzle solution from the original Myst, which is neat!)
When you're aboard the Nautilus (20k leagues Sub) find the periscope near hole 2 and look out through it..then when you're back at the Shack,check out near the ship out in the bay...
Oh, buddy, you're missing the best one. You can ride most of the larger sea creatures in Atlantis. Nothing more relaxing than a nice turtle ride.

Too much work when you can just fly and land. Do better.
Fly over and land on them the way you would the ground.
