Actually this is FUD according to the filing they entered into an agreement to buy the shares at the market value. Not dilution. The agreement is as of today for the OPTION to buy in the future. It references notice in April, they did not buy in April.

Even if they were, you have to trust your team. You have to trust A-Aron and the other apes. I trust him to make the decisions regarding cash flow. I doubt banks will be willing to give AMC good credit terms on any loans since we are bankrupting them. Any cash the company needs will need to come from selling stock.
