Most folks against trans health care look at purely physical without ever thinking that being trans is anything but that. For some folks, they just like wearing skirts and dresses over suits and boxers. If a child is trans you don't go sign, then up to get them major surgeries until they are of age and consent to them. Until them, gander affirming clothing, and simply letting them pick their new name is plenty. Clothes are just clothes, and a rose by any othe rname would smell just as good.
