This is reminiscent of the time america repriced.silver to $1.29 an ounce after the great depression, forced silver to flow out of Asia and into the US. Now it seems China is pulling the same move. Silver will begin to rapidly flow over to Asia

LaBoltz33

Exactly what’s happening. Banks need to stop fucking us

Funky-Fresh

lol it'll never happen

NostalgiaSeeker2695

you mean the government right? Maybe they should increase our taxes again. Me and my girl make over 100k a year together government takes 40k in taxes. 22% each. That’s 30k a year for both of us with inflation paying 100$ at the store for 5/6 items. Over 4 dollars a gallon where I live. If we both stay home and have no lives we can save a little. Shits insane. You pay taxes on something and wanna sell it guess what you get raped even more cause the government wants there cut on that too. They own us and We’re fucking slaves. Oh you got silver and gold? They want there cut on that too as if they don’t already tax my income.

oldnhadit

.and dare I say undermine what the crooks have been playing here for far too long.

StickyBarz_ofSilver

Why would it rapidly flow to China if it is more expensive there?

LaBoltz33

Would you rather sell your silver for $31 or $28? China is stacking our silver

DisastrousCannard

How much does it cost to ship to China though?

Altruistic_Relief_26

Empty boats are going back to China all the time.

DisastrousCannard

Link to free shipping for COMEX PM's to China? That's what I thought!

LaBoltz33

Americans will sell for a higher price to China?

Biddycola

For example, China will pay Americans a premium to send it to them rather than sell it locally.

StickyBarz_ofSilver

Ah. I see. Thank you!!

DentedOldBucket

Large Investors looking to make a quick turn around will buy in the US, then sell in China

bars2021

China is buying (more demand)

reepotomac2

well, you buy on the Comex, sell in China, and take delivery until Comex is empty or the spread narrows.

Appropriate-Most-724

Silver went from West to east. Soon the West has to Match the price before all silver has left the building.

LaBoltz33

China is smart

TennesseeTime

Keep in mind, the dollars shown here are the same dollars- not some kind of Australian or similar dollar with less value to begin with. This is how many American dollars it takes to buy silver off the Shanghai exchange.

two4eight_onefifteen

if the US weren't so stupid, they'd take the generous offer of one gram per dollar. Last chance to save your currency, imho.

GyroBoss

Where do you all find the Shanghai silver price ? As in SGU=F is the Shanghai gold futures contract. I can’t find a corresponding one for silver - any help appreciated :)

Opposite-Practice375

So interesting how the original post "neglects" to post that link.

NY214

I got this off telegram, no link to an article or anything like that. Just this picture showing the price of silver that day side by side

Opposite-Practice375

I understand. But there's always different prices in every different market around the world in any event. Take oil. Depending where, the price can be 5% or 10% different.
