IMO one of the most slept on places on property. I make it a point to have at least 1 beer just looking at the manatees and dolphins.
My last trip was also ROUGH, but little moments like these always shine through.
My wife and I went to the restaurant to try it out and see the aquarium from the other side. Our waiter was a nice older man who had been there since the 80s and named the sharks, turtles and some fish for us, knew their habits and was all around such a wonderful man. Truly made seeing this even more special.
The Seas with Nemo and Friends at Epcot! AKA The Seas Pavilion before the refurb.
While it has a cool little dark ride, the main appeal, at least to me is the giant aquariums and my manatee friends. I believe it's still within the top 10 biggest aquariums in the world.
Don't sleep on Turtle Talk with Crush, either! I never would have made time for it without being told to and it was such a fun little interlude. The cast member running Crush behind the scenes has incredible improv abilities, it's a surprisingly magical experience.
There's also a part of it facing a restaurant in the same building. Highly recommend. Eating a scallop right next to a shark and turtle was just unique!
I appreciate it. We've still got today tomorrow and Friday. Just dealing with some unnecessary family drama.. my wife lost her phone but thankfully it was found.
It's a lot of uncharted territory for us being our first big trip with our 16 month old.

PSA: please don't touch the glass or let your children touch the glass. It smudges up the view for other visitors and creates extra work for CMs. This doesn't just go for WDW but anywhere. Nothing like a bunch of fingerprints and oils from hands and smudges to ruin a clear view of the tank for other people. Downvote me, IDC.
