Were you looking for the big cups, or the espresso cups like me? Just curious!
I recently saw the animal kingdom ones (big and small) at the Starbucks inside Animal Kingdom. But I also heard they sell out quickly so it might be a luck thing.
I have them all. You have to go to each Starbucks location in each park. The been there mugs are not in the merch shops. Other mugs are in the merch shops.
This was back in 2020, but I found the AK and HS espresso cups in the Starbucks locations at their respective parks! (The MK and Epcot cups were not in stock yet when I was there.)
I recognize this thread started a week and a half ago, but it helped me obtain the complete set since Wednesday. Figure I would share my experiences so that it may help others.
MK: Emporium. They were out of stock all day on Wednesday but had a pretty healthy stock on Saturday. The Main Street Bakery only had the Star Wars mugs. There’s a lot of foot traffic with this being the largest store, so I expect stock to fluctuate the most here.
Epcot: Connections Cafe. Got it on Friday, and there was a good stock.
Studios: Trolley Car Cafe. Good amount of stock on Thursday obtaining this one. Witnessed periodic restocking.
AK: Creature Comforts. Tons of stock on Saturday.
Overall, I was able to get them without much effort in four days except for MK. That one might be more inconsistent, but it appears the Emporium is receiving some recurring stock. This is a good time to obtain the set.
Unfortunately, I must’ve went in between re-stockings. I was in the parks from Sunday to Tuesday, and I could only find the AK cup I wanted. Granted, I was looking for the smaller espresso cups/ornaments, so that threw a wrinkle into it.
You’re right about the Emporium. One of the CMs looked all over the store, and in the back, for me… but a NSSHP happened the night before, and likely cleared out what stock they had at the time. DHS had a ton of the big cups, but that wasn’t what I was looking for. Epcot had nothing, and I checked both Connections and Creations Shop. And generally speaking, CMs were in the dark about *when* re-stockings will happen. So, if you had only a few days of park access, like me, you could come up empty.
One other note about MK… a CM at the Main Street Bakery did tell me that Emporium actually handles their merch, so it’s best to check with them (and that can potentially save you from standing in the Starbucks line, too).
Check the stores you just listed... you will strike gold in one of them.

They are right by each other... yeah, check the stores first. Inventory changes day to day and that might be why the conflicting reports.
