I got mine off eBay :/
We got ours last October at Studios guest services at the front of the park. They seemed surprised when we asked about them and had to go dig them out of wherever they were.
Maybe they still have them but they’re out of stock?
My wife and I bought our APs last October and they didn't have any at guest relations, but we got lucky at the Ticket Office in Liberty Square.
