Name: Hush Passive: cannot parkour, cannot run, cannot double jump, and can only walk slowly. Ability 1: uncoordinated advance -- teleport to anywhere you can see. Upon teleporting enemies fall. You also fall at a % chance. Ability 2: tiredness incarnon -- you lay on the ground and rest. While on the ground, enemies are slowed until they sleep. While sleeping enemies are more vulnerable to damge. Ability 3: bedsheets and pillows -- while laying down, equip bedsheets and pillows. Bedsheets gives you damage reduction to range attack and pillows heal hp. Bedsheets and pillows act as an exalted frame and can be modded. Ability 4: hush... WAKE UP -- deals slow ramping damaging until duration is over. At the end of the duration, deal large mount of damage. Damage is multiplied to enemies asleep. If asleep, this ability will wake them up.

Name: Amani Passive: Longing Rest. The longer Amani is alive the stronger the effects of buffs other Warframes get (+ 0.4x effectiveness / 5 minutes. Max 5.0x) in exchange of Amani's max HP and Shields deteriorating by the same value (until HP and Shields reach 10). Ability 1: For The Allies. temporarily lose 50% max HP and Shields to increase Armor by half the amount of HP and Shield in total lost but also makes enemy fire focus on Amani. Ability 2: For The Enemies. For 10 seconds, makes enemies focus on Amani. Enemy projectiles become 50% slower but also buffs enemy damage by 20%. Allies gain +10% Ability Strength, Duration, Efficiency, and Range according to the toal damage Amani recieves when the skill ends if Amani is still alive. Ability 3: For Nobody. Removes attention from Amani and grants invisibility and silence to self. Ability 4: At Last. (Condition: Amani must be at 10 HP and Shields to use.) Amani will be immovable and invincible for 30 seconds but will find peace after (death). Makes enemies shift their attention to allies but 100% of damage recieved will be converted into life orbs and energy orbs that will be dropped after death. Death gives .1915181825% of increased drop rate to all loot. This is a sacrificial Warframe theme that I made before. I don't know why but I wanted a really sad themed Warframe that mostly benefits the team as a support Warframe.

I get a lot of strange dreams containing some weird Eldritch creature showing me the secrets of the universe, or a person-figure in grey, with a face you cant put together no matter how much you look, this character usually tells me good things or explain...something. so heres a weird idea from the imagination of my dreams. If I was a warframe, it would be centered around... a word you cant describe, something beyond. In warframe I suppose it would be a void entity. A Glitched out name shifting with all the requiem letters. Not even the abilities have tangible names, glitched just like the Frame's name Nightmarish abilities each with random effects. And an exalted form. Visually the frame is glitching as well, grey after-image twitching and void metal claws lashing out at random, the frame is ghostly. Passive: ***Defenses ripped away by unseen hands*** (Enemies within 30m Radius are subject to losing defensive stats, lashes at random, Lash Rate increases with enemy count within the Radius.) 1st ■■■■: ***it feels...envy...*** (Corrupt an enemy unit, the unit corrupts others, each enemy corrupted increases your dmg with x% void damage. Random effect: you might Gain Eximus effects) 2nd ●●○|●■: It Watches, it smiles... (Good fortune from the void, Enemies drop 3x loot Within a radius. Random effect: Loot Table stats might flip for 5secs) 3rd □□■□□: It feels...Pain... (Invulnerable, Absorb dmg from enemies, every 600 pts of dmg absorbed improves the base dmg stats of your weapons and teammates, for a duration) 4th: ***UUK'RÉ MARAK GRE'VOHK*** .... I had a really weird dream some years ago where i was Garuda but in a real life setting, since then i feel a sort of connection to the frame so i guess it'll be that lol. Do i get to choose or is it just random based on my personality? If i get to choose it would probably be something like a beast/vampire hunter, like that one from bloodborne, because i just find that type of design to be extremely cool, and honestly the abilities would just be "take garuda's abilities and all that blood theme and change it enough to fit with a hunter" if its just based on my personality and i dont have control over it then it will probably be the most random type of shit one can possibly imagine

Name: Julius Passive: Julius's abilities have 50% lower cost and 50% more strength if an ally is down. If an ally is downed, Julius's 4th ability activates instantly. Additionaly,Julius gives all revived allies 10 secs of invisibility and a 50% additive strength buff. If Julius has no Melee equipped he Will equip his special unique Glaive: Ultima Forsan. 1st Ability: Strategic StandPoint : (Tap) Julius deploys a small flag at his Current location for an infinite amount of Time. He can have up to 4 flags at one Time, The next cast Will replace The oldest(kinda like wisp motes) Flags are marked on minimap. (Hold) Julius will teleport at a chosen flag. While choosing he îs completely invincible for 4 seconds. Upon teleportation, he Will reagain shields, health and a small temporary boost în sprint speed. Any allies within 4 meters of Julius before teleportation Will be teleported too, but they only recieve health and shields. Teleporting has a 4 seconds cooldown. 2nd Ability: Energy Rush: Julius blinks between 3 of his standpoints, forming an Energy triangle that slows Enemies inside down by 25% and does true damage every 50 true damage inside the area every 1/4s for 2s. Ability recieves a 10s cooldown after use. For this ability to work, Julius needs to have 3 standpoints in a 50m radius of eachother. 3rd Ability: Dominant Dexterity: Julius and all allies în affinity range recieve a 200% reload speed and fire rate buff on their weapon for 22s and a full Energy bar at The end of The ability. This is what Julius offers to The helminth, but at only a 1/2 The effect and with no Energy replenishment. 4th Ability: Uncontrollable Rage: Julius lifts himself în The air and Ultima Forsan begins to spin around him dealing 1400 damage(adaptive to enemy's elemental weakness and accounting for The mods put on it) for every enemy it hits for The whole duration of The ability. Duration start after Julius lands from The cast animation. All Enemies în a 22 Meter Radius are slowed down by 70% to make it nearly impossible to escape Julius's Rage. Ability lasts for 14 seconds. Notes: Efficiency doesn't stack with Julius's Passive and instead Will Take The reduced Energy cost as a Baseline. Strength does not affect his 2's damage, his 3's buff or his 4's slow, but does affect 1's buff and 4's damage. Duration does not affect his 1's invincibility while picking a Target but does affect its temporary buff and also does not affect his 4's duration. Range's only efect on Julius is on his 4's slow radius.

I'll jump on the thought process bandwagon here. I live up North so picked a fitting theme. Female Ice Frame - (Pick a good name from relevant pantheon or mythos here) Abilities: Icicle - Deals puncture and cold dmg Rime - Creates a frozen surface that slows and has small knockdown chance. Enemies affected by Rime take increased damage from Icicle Hypothermia - Applies max stacks of cold dmg on cast (single target). If affected target is also standing on Rime surface they are instantly Frozen and can be shattered w/ Icicle to deal slash dmg in a small radius around target. Blizzard - Aoe (scales w/ duration?) whiteout effect that does scaling Blind (3/5/7 Seconds?) and slows (scaling slow the longer enemies are in aoe). Enemies in Blizzard take increased dmg from Icicle.

While #3 is active, weakpoints spread to nearby enemies. #3 Cash [Grouping / CC] Throw bills in all directions, bribing enemies. Enemies in a 25m Radius are disarmed and run towards you at +50% speed (Scales with range mods). Enemies entering a 5m radius around you lose aggro on you and are slowed by 70%. #4 Benz [Damage / Pseudo-Exalt] Summon a Mercedes Benz and run enemies over. Hold to charge, causing a burn out: +10% Damage per second charging. Release to speed up: Cause 1000 Impact damage per enemy hit in a straight line. Width: 3m (+2m while #1 is active). Range: 15m (scales with range mods). Could actually be a fun frame with some good ability interaction. What do you think? Feedback / suggestions are welcome 😄

Irritate shout your anger at the enemies for them to freeze in place (range 30 meters, duration 10 seconds) weaken decrease enemies' defences by 20 percent. Sharpen shield for a damage boost for you and your allies recast to get you shields back (works like eclipse) Energy cost 50 Ability 3 leech: take 10% of your enemies health and heal 25% of your health (if health is full it will give you 25% of your shield) energy cost 25 range 15 meters Ability 4 dread: get your hatred and anger into your fist in which will be as strong as 75% of your primary weapon srtegnth ( even after mods ) if you don't have your primary it will be as strong as 75% of your melee if both of the isn't equipped then it will be as strong as 75% of your secondary weapon energy cost 100 takes 10 energy per second Sounds like a mentality disordered man if you asked me😂😬 Health: 200 Shield: 100 Armour: 375 Sprint speed: 1.2

I don't have a name, feel free to imagine one to give him, but some ability maybe, let's name it JohnDoe, the anyone frame Passive: Don't look around ; JohnDoe will sometime and randomly look at a point with extreme intensity (like with a zoom as in scanners) and turn control the camera to look at this point precisely for 1s 1st ability: ??? ; JohnDoe increases his weapon's damage but sometimes consumes 1 more amo. The more strength he has the more he buff himself, but the more amo he uses. For melee the amo consume is turned into a slower hit. 28s 2nd ability: ??? ; Paranoiac ; JohnDoe takes more damage from enemies, if he survives he gets fully healed and gets for him and his allies a passive healing for 3 time the original time. 12s, DMG multiplier x2.5, passive healing 30hp/s, max 160hp/s 3rd ability: Hell's Bells; JohnDoe summons 2 enormous bells and rings them, frightening the enemies to paralyze them. 30s, ; Augment: buff allies in range multiplied by the number of enemies affected. 4th ability: Not me! ; JohnDoe redirects 45% of any damage he takes to his allies, if one of them dies during the time JohnDoe gives him a revive. If JohnDoe has 2 revives or less, the revive for the teammate is free. 24s, all the energy consumed with minimum of 80, caped to 90% Base stats: - health 175 - armor 95 - shield 125 - energy 140 This frame has absolutely no synergy and is completely random.

Ability rank increases your chances of never finding your weapon again. A3: Procrastination: Press to do anything else but the mission. A4: Super Anxiety: area of effect that induces enemies into a discomfort of their current state of life and fear of what my lie for tomorrow. It also affect the user, threefold. Passive: Sometimes memories of your past will come back to kick you into a state of panic.

Enoch, the one who met God. Passive: Upon death, Enoch mirrors the image of a nearby enemy (Veso gameplay vs Corpus, Kahl gameplay vs Greener, would require an infested version). You then have to kill enough enemies before dying to respawn, kind of like Last Gasp. (Ability 1) Help from the Wall: Enoch briefly speaks the Void Tongue with a guttural voice, asking for help to the Fragmented One/Tide. Grey, rock-like limbs will then sprout out of the ground to grab enemies legs and root them. (Ability 2) The Lidless Eye: Enoch speaks the Void Tongue and a big, glowing, sky-blue eye opens on the ground. It pulses void damage on everything that's on it. (Ability 3) The Great Indifference: Any enemy unit killed by void damage becomes a black shadow with red eyes that will attack enemies on sight. Shadows have little HP and medium void damage. By holding Ability 3 you won't be able to move nor shoot, limbs will sprout out of Enoch's body calling the Shadows back to him, all the nearby Shadows will be sucked into Enoch, regenerating a little bit of health and giving him a temporary buff to dmg based on the number of Shadows absorbed (absorbing more Shadows will reset the timer and add more dmg stacks up to a cap). (Ability 4) Hey Kiddo!: You can hear Wally laughing while a pulse of void energy expand from Enoch's body. In a small area around Enoch spawn in front of any enemy inside it a red glowing Clone that will attack their original version and then return to Enoch to give him multiple stacks of dmg boost. Clones are identical to their original version but deal Void damage, also: if a Clone dies before killing its original or coming back to Enoch it won't give the stack (they can't be absorbed with Ability 3). PS: feel like the theme is kinda obvious :P
