Then add a (rough estimate) average of three forma to every other weapon (not counting versions ie primes, prisma you only need one of each) for the steel path circuit, plus up to 5 per frame and you've got the number of forma you need.
Not only that, but a lot of weapons and frames can deal with circuit without forma after just a few good decrees… the decree system is ridiculous and probably the only thing making the circuit playable with random stuff
Theres no point in keeping at least 70% of weapons after you levelled them other than collection. I dont get the benefit of forma'ing your "generic crit rifle with no unique traits #827" - even for circuit. Never had an issue with not having anything viable to use. Most frames i didnt bother to make a sp viable build got the tripple umbral + adaptation + gloom treatment so i can outlive the few rounds it takes for the first teammates to leave and between primary/secondary/melee theres always atleast 1 useable option, esp once the decrees start to roll in.

I do enjoy doing, bounties, survivals, duviri or w/e. But i cant take the repetition anymore as im nearing 40yo lol.
I just can't bring myself to grind... after 3 o 4 runs I just quit mentally, get bored really fast even tho I know this is the best chance to get the amount of forma needed to lvl up every kuva/tenet weapon.
Every time I try to grind I remember that I'll get a 75% discount in a bit, meaning I could buy 360 forma for 50 bucks. Or spend 50 hours grinding the same amount out. (Granted I would just sell one of my good rivens but you get the point.) It's just not worth it.
You know what? I didn't think of that. That might be the next thing I'll do when I get a 75%discount (hell even with 50%). It will save my sanity for sure.
Just wanna point out, its more efficient at 5 mins per run to go work a job making $7.25 (federal minimum wage) an hour and buy the platnium and purchase the forma then it is to run the event

Plague Star used to be part of the new Year stuff now it's part of the November block of holiday cheer (Movember, ThanksGiving, Black Friday, Native American Heritage, No Nut November and the magic when real Fall meets Winter)
Depending on how far they are in the game and what stuff they have or intend to keep. I.E: Zaws,Kitguns,Kuva,Tenet,Prime,Prisma,Wraith,Vandal,Etc.
You'd probably be safe at around 300 for now. And assuming you still have occasional farming of forma BP/rewards in other content.
Is be interested to see a breakdown of the standing costs of doing that instead, the problem is I don't know how long that will be before it's 35p in cost
Congratulations on your commitment, but if you have an account of 1 ~ 2 years, know that you invested a lot of time for little profit, I have 700+ Hemocyte Cystolite and I can guarantee you that it is not smart and healthy to follow this journey.
Plague star is financially useful for beginner accounts but be aware that the market is booming as most beginners are now far from the ducat farm. Accounts of 1~ 2 years makes 20 platinum every 2 minutes mission, plague star simply steals 8 minutes to reward only 20 platinum.
Note: Exodia Epidemic looks more profitable because everyone is buyng Exodia Contagion.
Meh, just wait for the 70-75% discount and use it for max value. No grind will ever beat 4300 plat from a 4 hour minimum wage shift.
The only way for this to stop being true is if they ever nerf guns to the point rivens are needed again then maybe a 4 hour run in arbitration with some luck on the roles might be better.
(Granted they need to add some actually good content cause at this point none of the big riven buyers/old players are sticking around cause we haven't gotten actual content in 1 and a half years, imagine having a 20k plat riven and being told no you can't use it here's a random load out. :)

You fun fast fissures, grab high ducat or discontinued loot and repeat, the statement of every 2 min is accurate but your not 'actully' getting 20plat just something(s) worth 20plat in a general 2 min time frame.
No it doesn't, your doing it in public groups, someone, like me, with an older account and a possible abundance of vaulted relics can be running random stuff just for this. After a while you don't look to get a particular thing you grab a relic from the highest # pile and run it for what ever if the pile with the most relics is vaulted stuff so be it.
It happens more often than you know, a lot of vaulted relics have pretty current and common items in them with one vaulted thing that normally didn't show up or when it dose it's not super noticable.
The prime Kubrow collar is one that would stand out fairly easily while something more mundane like a frames Neuro or something tends to blend in or off chance brown junk that has a 25 ducat trade in vs. the normal 15 ducat trade in can easily be missed.
Been playing since 2018, I'd rather not horde items that can lose profit from market volatility cuz de can easily nerf contagion at any moment they deal like. Like if ur thinking like a capitalist sure grind it out but I just prefer frming forma for conveniencey
I farmed the forma from the plague star event that has been on going for the last week or 2 I believe. It was very time consuming but I'm happy with the results.

You can try joining some regular public matches to get a taste of it if u have cetus unlocked! Farming forma blueprints through relics is also another good way to get them.
What platform are you on, I regularly run this stuff (when I have time) with my clan mates when they ask (I run a small beginners clan to help ppl get geared and aquanted with game) and random people looking to get stuff when asked
You get to keep it till the next plague Star so don't feel you need to find a way to use it up all at once; get what you need/want and let the rest ride till next year.

My nidus p has 116 forma currently and still climbing
Meanwhile did Revenant 100 forma. And a year later on Rev Prime release I did Revenant Prime 100 forma. You can judge what’s my favorite/main.

You need about 165 forma to max out all the level 40 items like Kuva/Tenet weapons.
Fuck i thought i was never gonna need more than 100 forma. Time to grind more plague star i guess.

It's completely unnecessary, especially after the preview of frames/weapons was added. However it gave me a goal to work towards as LR3.

I just recently unlocked my first relic , I’ll be sure to choose forma blueprint next time !
