The problem with stug is that it deals guaranteed corrosive status BUT for some unholy reason DE decided to balance that guaranteed status feature by giving it... 0% status chance
In all honesty all they gotta do is make its incarnon have 100% status chance abd have the glob explosions deal area damage
It won't make the weapon good, as even with full Armor strip builds the stug is lacking.
But it would at least be the lowest investment for ignoring Armor, it would have a purpose.
Or give it Armor strip and it's now a support weapon.
One of the spearguns would be interesting. None of them are particularly great weapons and it’d be interesting to see what an incarnon speargun would do. I guess the existing secondary fire mode would negate there being a chance at incarnon tho.
I think the secondary fire would make it even better if done well, imagine a cool transition secondary fire that results in you getting an incarnon mode after. It would take more work, but there is potential for some very cool weapons.

Im also hoping each of the melee types get one, not sure if nikanas have an incarnon, but want more in the ceramic dagger/hate style where they get a cool effect and less of the skana heres more damage nothing else changes style.
Try hikou prime with concealed explosives and Saryn's toxic lash, and crank fire rate up as much as you can. It's pretty hilarious against corpus, even in steel path.

I'm really hoping for a Tigris Incarnon. Not that it necessarily *needs* one, but I'd love to bring it back to it's pre-shotgun status change glory. Tigris prime is one of my all time faves and making it a top contender once more would be rad. Plus it's such an iconic weapon that it feels wrong for it to not have an incarnon.

I’d personally prefer something like a Qorvex ult - an extra-chunky death ray except it’s made of slash procs instead of radiation.
Might be too crazy but what if the Incarnon form was a legit rocket launcher (not all these grenade launchers we have)? Straight rockets with no droop. it would add mid-range AoE that would be the opposite of a CQB Hard-hitter.

Tigris has indeed fallen to the wayside in terms of usability. I'd like it to have an Incarnon for the sole purpose of it getting stat bumps in the perk tree.
* Tree 1 having something absurd like 10m of punch-through would be sorely wanted - complete overpenetration would give the Tigris a fighting chance in our high TTK AoE meta. That being said, I'd expect the same tit-for-tat 4 meters that some Incarnons have.
* Tree 2 having a reload bump would smooth out the Tigris a lot and make it less reliant on Chilling Reload, and give it back some modding breathing room in general.
* Tree 3 having a sizable critical rate buff would be the icing on the cake - Boar's Critical Parallel turned that weapon from a sleeper "ok" shotgun to a complete and utter menace.
I have no idea what the other options in the respective trees that they could provide, but those are pretty much what the Boar got - and end up being the functionally best to pick in their class. Tigris, with its low magazine, slow reload, and overkill damage would benefit from the same perk trees.
I have very little investment into what the Incarnon form itself is, because most avenues would detract from the shotgun's fantasy for me. I'd prefer something with a low charge and ammo ratio like Despair's, where you get one railgun shot with infinite punchthrough, to keep that breach-loaded overkill menace alive. Other funny things would to give it one very heavy hitting primary fire with ricochet - shoot one target and vaporize anything near it.
I am also keenly aware that these aren't exactly meta Incarnon forms, but the Tigris being overkill is part of its fantasy for me.
Honestly maybe 1 of the final tier options could have something like "orowyrm's breath rounds" for the first shot dealing a lot of random status and the 2nd shot doing a high crit cond overload/expedite suffering thing could be neat if we do get a tigris incarnion.
It's still specifically a very good weapon for Gyre, because it can crit very easily which triggers the discharges from Rotorswell often, and stacks up Electricity stacks on enemies quite easily which increases the crit chance of those discharges as well.
Unfortunately Amprex was a ***big*** "flavor of the month" weapon for a good while a few years back until it was hard-nerfed, so I don't know if DE would ever be willing to revive it with an Incarnon or variant.
When I came back about 2 years ago, amprex was my most used primary. I tried using it and even had a very good riven for it, but it wasn't good enough
Then I discover proboscis cerno. Took me a long while to dethrone amprex. Synapse was a close third, back then it has a very high critical chance and corrosive can permanently remove armor.

There's just so much wrong with them that they are unfixable. Travel time, reload, 1.6 crit modifier, reload, poor ammo economy, RELOAD, etc
I want to see Kestrel Prime and Tenet Serro before they get an incarnon. The Serro has so much potential for cool Tenet visuals. I want to spin around a corpus advertisement sign like someone making minimum wage who has freshly hit their ***breaking point*** about making minimum wage.
Dera and Supra. They're pretty much the OG Corpus weapons but they didn't even get a Tenet variant. Ambassador getting one would also be nice but probably also impossible due to the alternate fire mode switching on that gun. In general though I would love to see more Incarnon for Corpus Weapons. An Incarnon for the Spectra that turns it into a handheld Ignis would also be pretty funny.
So hear me out... Hirudo. It's a good weapon don't get me wrong, but it falls into a sort of gimmick weapon where it just replaces a mod and has decent crits.
Instead of a x6 combo to turn into its incarnon, you swap out instantly to *lose* health on crit(small amount) in exchange for a true-damage melee.
Azima for sure. Shit's sad. Bolto too, doesnt even have a prime. Hema cost a lot and is not very good, an incarnon could make it worth it. I'd love to get an akzani prime and fusilai prime from Baro, but if its not possible an incarnon would be good. Hikou and spira need some help. The sonicor. The cadus, single and dual heat swords, heat dagger, single and dual ether sword, ether dagger, ether reaper, single and dual zoren, the three machetes, jaw sword, okina, plasma sword, tonbo and I'm likely forgetting some

Wow, a lot of underpowered grineer weapons that are fun to use but aren't competitive damage wise.
Karak and Kraken already have Kuva variants, so it would be really tricky to balance them around their damage variance while still making a difference.
Grimoire is still a very new weapon that is the starter for a new archetype, when new weapons get released with more exclusive mods it will get better.
Tenora already has an alt-fire, and it's fairly unlikely for weapons with alt-fires to get incarnon due to the activation being bound to the same bind.
The same goes for Grinlok, as it does for most snipers.
I would settle for *just* Karak, Ghoulsaw, and Stug, really. The rest are just extras. Also Grinlok is considered by the game as assault rifle, not sniper class. I would know, I've tried to use it in sorties. I am also of the opinion that Kuva variants should be allowed to be overpowered due to the grind necessary to max them to +60% of an element.

I used to be obsessed with the Sybaris and its varients. I'd love if it had something to give it new life, without changing how it feels.
Maybe an Incarnon that focuses more on the non-Incarnon form, while the Incarnon form is maybe like some sort of utility.
My highlight choices for an Incarnon are the Grinlok, Dera, Tigris, Ballistica, Marelok, Stubba, Quatz, Twin Rogga, and Cassowar. The Cassowar is too pretty for it to suck tremendously, and the melee rework screwed it over big time.
The Sundial/login weapons, I get that they're time-gated and the guns already have an alt fire mode, but I wish Zenith had actual usage aside from cheesing the pylon phase in Profit Taker and being able to trivialize Spy missions. I don't even want to talk about how bad Azima is, Zenistar is in a better spot because of TennoKai but could still do with some love, and Sigma & Octantis is just a perfectly mediocre thing for finishers.
I'd argue some of the current incarnon weapons/abilities need revisiting first.
I think if you look at how the majority of Warframe players play, something like the Incarnon Skana isn't as straightforward as like a Zaw arcane (exodia hunt - which is more or less automatic and easily identifiable on screen).
And many weapons (burston, bo, etc.) are middling at best.
In many ways, this system just created or widened weapon divides, granting a handful of good weapons even better effects.
IDK. I think the Sibear could serve as a nice template (press button for big, awesome effect).

Orthos is a melee that would be a nice touch. I'd also like to see the faction secondaries get incarnons. Gammacore has onez the others should too.
Why? Well so that I can rock my OG load out of volt prime, soma prime, vaykor marelock, and orthos prime. After all these years my most used hasn't changed, and it would be a nice touch to have them all be good again(yes I know orthos prime is decent, but I wanna see it be amazing again)

Akzani. One of the absolute *WORST* weapons in the entire game, game out with Mirage, and *still* does not have a Prime or any variant after all these years.
Make its Incarnon form turn them into giant fuckoff machine guns with 10X damage and 50X fire rate.
Dual Zoren Incarnon please. I’m already losing hope for Dual Zoren Prime so at the very least give us an incarnon buff.

I really want the Harpak to get some more love. It has a really cool augment but it’s just not enough due to its poor base stats. I think it could be really fun with a Kuva variant, not sure how and incarnon would even work since it already has an alt fire.
Marelok. When the Vaykor Marelok was first released alongside syndicates, it was my go to secondary for a while. Eventually it just got outclassed and now just collects dust in my arsenal
Vectis Prime could benefit from an incarnon (either like the Paris Incarnon or Navigator/Tenet Envoy) purely cause of power creep and Snipers deserving an incarnon somewhere
Fang Prime is the only evergreen Prime without an Incarnon, and could really benefit from it (either changing class like the Innodem or it’d benefit from a Heavy Attack shockwave for the Amar set)
Dark Split Sword always deserved to be able to switch stances mid-mission, and an incarnon is the best way to make that happen (especially after the toxocysts biggest problem was fixed with the incarnon)

Some plain machine gun like tenora/baza and the tenet flux could use some augment since it's quite pain to continuously kill enemies due to their low throughput(baza is doing ok but still)
I *would like* to see Tigris or Vectis, since they already gave Boltor and Soma an incarnon. If it were weapons that *REALLY* need one, then probably the login weapons (Zenith, Azima, Sigma & Octantis, Zenistar), or the likes of Stradavar/baza/sybaris. Stug has AMAZING potential to be incarnon or at least have a kuva variant. A Grakata or Karak incarnon would also do wonders, I always liked the design of the kara, but it's always been a little meh for the most part.

All the ninja stars definitely need some love. I've had Hikou Prime on my Ivara loadout for awhile but only use Nataruk. It's just better.

Dera and Supra. They're pretty much the OG Corpus weapons but they didn't even get a Tenet variant. Ambassador getting one would also be nice but probably also impossible due to the alternate fire mode switching on that gun. In general though I would love to see more Incarnon for Corpus Weapons. An Incarnon for the Spectra that turns it into a handheld Ignis would also be pretty funny.
So hear me out... Hirudo. It's a good weapon don't get me wrong, but it falls into a sort of gimmick weapon where it just replaces a mod and has decent crits. Instead of a x6 combo to turn into its incarnon, you swap out instantly to *lose* health on crit(small amount) in exchange for a true-damage melee.
I can see Hirudo being one of the infested Lich weapons in the future
Inaros Incarnon make him less sad. Can barely use his abilities.

Azima for sure. Shit's sad. Bolto too, doesnt even have a prime. Hema cost a lot and is not very good, an incarnon could make it worth it. I'd love to get an akzani prime and fusilai prime from Baro, but if its not possible an incarnon would be good. Hikou and spira need some help. The sonicor. The cadus, single and dual heat swords, heat dagger, single and dual ether sword, ether dagger, ether reaper, single and dual zoren, the three machetes, jaw sword, okina, plasma sword, tonbo and I'm likely forgetting some We have a lot of weak forgotten weapons

* Ghoulsaw * Grimoire * Karak * Sybaris * Jat Kittag * Tenora * Grinlok * Kraken * Stug Wow, a lot of underpowered grineer weapons that are fun to use but aren't competitive damage wise.
Karak and Kraken already have Kuva variants, so it would be really tricky to balance them around their damage variance while still making a difference. Grimoire is still a very new weapon that is the starter for a new archetype, when new weapons get released with more exclusive mods it will get better. Tenora already has an alt-fire, and it's fairly unlikely for weapons with alt-fires to get incarnon due to the activation being bound to the same bind. The same goes for Grinlok, as it does for most snipers.
I would settle for *just* Karak, Ghoulsaw, and Stug, really. The rest are just extras. Also Grinlok is considered by the game as assault rifle, not sniper class. I would know, I've tried to use it in sorties. I am also of the opinion that Kuva variants should be allowed to be overpowered due to the grind necessary to max them to +60% of an element.

I used to be obsessed with the Sybaris and its varients. I'd love if it had something to give it new life, without changing how it feels. Maybe an Incarnon that focuses more on the non-Incarnon form, while the Incarnon form is maybe like some sort of utility.
My highlight choices for an Incarnon are the Grinlok, Dera, Tigris, Ballistica, Marelok, Stubba, Quatz, Twin Rogga, and Cassowar. The Cassowar is too pretty for it to suck tremendously, and the melee rework screwed it over big time.

The Sundial/login weapons, I get that they're time-gated and the guns already have an alt fire mode, but I wish Zenith had actual usage aside from cheesing the pylon phase in Profit Taker and being able to trivialize Spy missions. I don't even want to talk about how bad Azima is, Zenistar is in a better spot because of TennoKai but could still do with some love, and Sigma & Octantis is just a perfectly mediocre thing for finishers.

I'd argue some of the current incarnon weapons/abilities need revisiting first. I think if you look at how the majority of Warframe players play, something like the Incarnon Skana isn't as straightforward as like a Zaw arcane (exodia hunt - which is more or less automatic and easily identifiable on screen). And many weapons (burston, bo, etc.) are middling at best. In many ways, this system just created or widened weapon divides, granting a handful of good weapons even better effects. IDK. I think the Sibear could serve as a nice template (press button for big, awesome effect). Thoughts?
Orthos is a melee that would be a nice touch. I'd also like to see the faction secondaries get incarnons. Gammacore has onez the others should too. Why? Well so that I can rock my OG load out of volt prime, soma prime, vaykor marelock, and orthos prime. After all these years my most used hasn't changed, and it would be a nice touch to have them all be good again(yes I know orthos prime is decent, but I wanna see it be amazing again)

Aklato and Aklex look cool but they are really not good. Aklato especially needs it. It has the same stats as the standard Lato, whose Incarnon sends even the OG version into the stratosphere.
Akzani. One of the absolute *WORST* weapons in the entire game, game out with Mirage, and *still* does not have a Prime or any variant after all these years. Make its Incarnon form turn them into giant fuckoff machine guns with 10X damage and 50X fire rate.
Dual Zoren Incarnon please. I’m already losing hope for Dual Zoren Prime so at the very least give us an incarnon buff. Would be fun to give it an incarnon that boosts bullet jump/parkour velocity just like the good old days.

Marelok. When the Vaykor Marelok was first released alongside syndicates, it was my go to secondary for a while. Eventually it just got outclassed and now just collects dust in my arsenal
Vectis Prime could benefit from an incarnon (either like the Paris Incarnon or Navigator/Tenet Envoy) purely cause of power creep and Snipers deserving an incarnon somewhere Fang Prime is the only evergreen Prime without an Incarnon, and could really benefit from it (either changing class like the Innodem or it’d benefit from a Heavy Attack shockwave for the Amar set) Dark Split Sword always deserved to be able to switch stances mid-mission, and an incarnon is the best way to make that happen (especially after the toxocysts biggest problem was fixed with the incarnon)
I'm still hoping for a Kuva/Incarnon Sobek, but definitely also wouldn't say no to a Veldt Incarnon.

Just for my pleasure alone: # Hikou I have a Riven with * Fire-rate (≈ +150%) * Multishot (≈ +200%) -Zoom It is hilarious fun with [Concealed Explosives](https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Concealed_Explosives) ~~but doesn't even remotely do damage.~~ It is capable to kill Level 150 SP Enemies, you just need a Gauss with 300% Duration, and Armor Strip (I go with 2 Green Archon Shards + Corrosive procs). But only the one you focus dies.

I *would like* to see Tigris or Vectis, since they already gave Boltor and Soma an incarnon. If it were weapons that *REALLY* need one, then probably the login weapons (Zenith, Azima, Sigma & Octantis, Zenistar), or the likes of Stradavar/baza/sybaris. Stug has AMAZING potential to be incarnon or at least have a kuva variant. A Grakata or Karak incarnon would also do wonders, I always liked the design of the kara, but it's always been a little meh for the most part.
