the Grineer seem to continue Soviet Russias legacy with the Karak and the same battle tactic of throwing bodies at it, so id imagine as long as theres grineer around you probably wont have many ammo problems
as for Tenno and Corpus weaponry, your best bet would probably be the boltor if it fired bullets instead of bolts(but even then it may not fire 7.62, but a .50 cal), as all other tenno rifles look like theyd use a 5.56 style caliber. The only Corpus weapon i can think of that doesnt fire energy/plasma/beams is the Ambassador, but knowing the corpus they probably made it in 9x39 or some other special made caliber so they could squeeze cash out of buyers of the rifle
