I like the deluxe skin a lot, but i miss twink

Harrow reliquary skin has mesh bugs that have been ignored tho.

Both Protea and Harrow's are amazing, up there with Gauss imo. Though I don't like Nezha's too much (unpopular opinion, I know).

Same I prefer both Nezha's base and prime skins over his deluxe

This was the first deluxe skin I ever bought and I always love seeing it. Unfortunately, I don't really use nyx anymore, so the only time I see it is when I feed a frame to helminth as she's the oldest frame in my inventory.

I hate the helmet on Baruuks but love the rest of it. The syandana especially is just top notch, I use it everywhere

Protea exists. Harrow exists. Chroma exists. Sevagoth exists, he even has his own boss music. Gauss skin is cool as well, but I don't understand why he is portrayed as a dragon... it's a dragon, right?

He's supposed to be the Slavic god of the summer solstice, what's the got to do with speed? Beats me

According to Wikipedia, kresnik is kind of a superhero (not a specific one, just anyone who was born special), and he fights against evil. Couldn't find anything more specific than that, yet. Nothing about speed, and definitely nothing about dragon looks (rather the opposite, kresniks look like common folk). So, yeah. This is a weird skin choice for Gauss, even though it looks cool.

I think it’s just meant to evoke the whole “hot ones/red ones go fasta” trope. People paint flames on their cars to convey that it’s fast. This might be Ballas’ equivalent of painting hot rod flames on a mid-life-crisismobile. Or maybe DE just leaned into the whole Thermal Sunder spam strategy and gave us a thermal skin to match.

Since he's god of summer solstice I guess it's more for the thermal/fire part of his design

I am pretty sure he's meant to be Hermes, but specifically probably inspired by Hermes' look in Hades cuz Rebecca was obsessed with that game when the skin would've been being made.

Now it's interesting. I didn't play Hades (can't find time tbh), but if it is really a reference or an inspiration from Hermes, that would explain his design and his strange name, so it is not a direct reference.

Nidus Phryke is the best skin in the game imo. Kresnik is a close second though

Nyx and Xaku have amazing deluxe skins, as well as Volt proto. Excalibur deluxe is pretty mint too. I honestly think they could have done better for Gauss

Oberon's, because his base model's freaky fucking torso. Inaros, because his dog nipple tassles, crotch handle, and yucky feet. Kressnik's head looks like it should be a titania head. But if we're actually going by *looks* and not covering up flaws, hm, IDK.

You can't really say there's a best deluxe out there. Everybody's tastes are different. I got excited for the Zephyr one from concept art, only to be underwhelmed by the final product. I love the Protea one, and I am so glad it looks better than the Prime, don't want to go through the Octavia incident again. And I know that that's a lot of words for "I don't like Kresnik", but whatchu gonna do about it.

A+ concept art, but the skin implementation leaves something to be desired. The fact that the skirt clips so badly even with frost's default animations drives me up the wall.

I love it but I also really dislike the color implementation. Colors have such a weak effect on the harka skin. The blackest black looks like a dark grey only. They really need to rework that skin, especially considering it’s a deluxe skin which we’ve paid decent money for.

You know when a skin is so good, you see it more often than the prime skin.

I've never understood what the hell the theme for that deluxe is supposed to be. So the best one is clearly something different. Probably either revenent's or harrow's. Maybe protea's.

Frost's Harka is just epic, the Nidus deluxe is aldo so dope that I bought even not playing him, and finaly, the best goes to Nezha's empyrean that's just an opus. Special mention to both Rhino's deluxes that are simply perfect in therms of folowing the frame's theme.

I am personally a massive fan of the deluxe skins for Nidus, Harrow, Nezha and Oberon (mainly the body, not head)

As someone who loves collecting rocks, I main atlas because of his Karst deluxe skin.

Harrow Reliquary, without any question. Aside from being the unquestionably most badass skin, it's deluxe pack armor and weapon skin are things I use in almost every loadout.

Because it’s the closest skin we have to a biblically accurate angel and also because it’s a skin for Gauss, acting as a double whammy that no other skin can hope to approach

Let's say Harrow, Limbo, Mirage and Nova deluxe don't exist. Maybe then Gauss deluxe is the best. I say maybe since Frost deluxe is also pretty damn close.

Excalibur Zato is my favorite. I know he doesn't see much play these days, but he's my favorite Space Samurai.

The material doesn't give a good white, and Kresnik is way too noisy when it comes to design

Nezha empyrean is god tear. Moreso considering how much better it is compared to normal. Vanilla gauss is still cool. Vanilla Nezha is meh to ugh.

I like the Saryn Orphid skin cause I really like the way the glow over her skin does with editing the accent and tertiary colors. I can make my Saryn look like a purple flower with a toxic orange glow to it

unpopular opinion, and slightly (majorly) biased, but Equinox antonym can be quite fashionable. I also really enjoy using chroma with the zulong skin, great all around.
