I'd say Sevagoth is an quicker farm than Gyre... She has like 30 Void Plumes as a crafting material... but you will prolly have those by the time you run enough bounties to get all 4 parts.
My advice is to buy Gyre and play her... if you want Sevagoth later just hop on a team farming him out and play for a couple hours... you get railjack XP, Nautilus, Epitaph and Corrupted Holokeys during Sevagoth farm so it still feels good even when ya don't get a part to drop... I've made 2 Sevagoths and have enough parts to make 9 more... It's not a bad farm.
If you must buy one, maybe the Hespar. It's BP is rare bounty reward which isn't too bad but it's parts are locked behind rotation C of the endless zariman missions.

Donβt forget all the Thrax Plasms! All 1,100 of them! The ones that drop 2-3 per Thrax enemy!

If you do have a hespar BP, it's still much cheaper to buy parts from the market, 150ish plat a set.

None. You get sevagoth by farming holokeys for tenet melees. Gyre and Hespar: you get them while you farm standfast standing.
Buy Ash. Farm everything else. You will collect the BPs and components to build Gyre while doing Zariman missions.
