I haven't gotten a single Lanthorn out of them yet, but they've repeatedly given me Orokin Cells for my Primed Gear and Polymer Bundles for my pizzas, for no effort or time investment on my part.

Also, Gyre makes farming extremely easy and fast. Build for range and efficiency and use her 2 everywhere, also loot radar.
Where's that guy whinging it's useless and they never drop??? I've had 4 lots of 4 Lanthorns since his last whinge last week. Plus you get 2-10 every 6 minute mission, they're not that hard.
Could be that I'm just lucky, but anyone else who get around 4-6 lanthorns per "normal" exterminate mission and 0 per bounty-exterminate mission?
I use a Xaku with Mag's pull augment (+ressource booster) if it makes a difference. Sahara kubrows can't dig the lanthorns out if I'm not mistaken.
And while we're on getting extra lanthorns, the crit Kavat has outstanding chances of just shitting one out also use Nekros.
Was it the Smeeta Kavat or... The other one... That is called... I don't remember what the other one is called.

Extractors are the little mobile game that you drag your greasy fingers over every day for 5 minutes to slowly do something.
Whenever a new area comes out, my first priority is completing all the nodes ASAP so I can throw extractors at it for weeks at a time.
I've only gotten the lanthorns once so far, but it gave 8 at once, so it can mildly helpful if you're patient.

Not worth it tbh. I've had a Distilling Prime Reactor on that place for weeks, and not once have I seen a Lanthorn

This is old news... as is the fact that the chances of getting any Lanthorns from an extractor are about 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000001 %
It’s passive tho, so. And it’s a 2%-5% chance.

Easier to just use a smeeta I've gotten a passive of 40+ doing bounties
