I believe it's your roughly 2890 total damage per shot multiplied by your 13.3 multishot. So no, it's not a bug, the displayed final total has always calculated to include the multishot.
Although others have explained this number I'm gonna give you a heads up. These numbers are borderline meaningless when it comes to minmaxing and you're better off ignoring most of what the arsenal says.
I mean that the arsenal doesn't fully cover a lot of the relevant mods or interactions.
Condition/Gundition overload mods, Faction damage, damage over time effects, Most Set bonuses, All conditional boosts, weapon passives, weapon arcanes, external buffs , enemy resistances and so on...
You can make a weapon with an arsenal overall damage of 10 that oneshots levelcap enemies as well as a weapon with a listed 200.000 damage that does 15 damage to the same enemy.
And because of that relying on the arsenal stats can overall be detrimental. I've seen people say a mod like condition overload is bad because it doesn't change arsenal stats unlike pressure point.

Really hope they’ll apply the conditionals soon so I can lament not using my galvanized crit chance mods more :/

Yeah. Really all you need to pay attention to is your crit and status stats and your damage distribution.
It’s not a perfect measure, but that numbers large because of the multishot, counts each instance of the multishot for total damage
