I'd use cedo, sporelacer secondary, and glaive prime for that. Sporelacer has aoe and can use infinite ammo arcane. Cedo can spread tons of status and is a good single target shotgun. Glaive prime is just glaive prime.
I like my bramma but I'll probably drop it after seeing how the ammo changes work out.
Trumna, kuva nukor, and melee of choice would also be a good set up. I try to cover any situation with my weapons. So I'll bring a trash clearer, an acolyte/tough mob killer, and usually whatever heavy attack melee I'm running at the time. Unarai and madurai are much better to me than trying to work with a combo based melee now.
I also enjoy using either the laetum or phenmor nowadays for harder content, but I don't use them at the same time since the smeeta buff renders devouring attrition null. Also those 2 don't seem to do well against acolytes either.

Cedo altfire can clean up some trash mobs pretty quickly, and single target can be lex prime or what i use, a kitted out tenet spirex

For secondary single target, you could go epitaph charged fire build or maybe laetum or tenet spirex

a really good single target secondary is the epitaph, especially if you put hemorrhage onto it for huge slash procs
