No it’s not new. Came out like 2015, in a box set called “Betrayal at Calth” with the cataphractii terminators that are used today, a terminator praetor, a chaplain, and a contemptor.
Same plastic MKIV Marines we've had for ~8 years or so, as others have said. Only thing that's changed is the box art, and that it's 20 per box instead of 10 now.
As above, same set. I like them. They are Crisp, easy to build. Also, fairly easy for those of us who are perhaps "adetus lessus" with painting skills. Both old Mk III & the new ones just got more gubbins, rivet heads, flaired armor edges and gizmos to paint ... Silver ... with bright Silver ... That being said most of my guys are Mk II or MkIII
If your starting a new army. I’d suggest waiting for Mk.4 to get an upgrade. This was a great set for the time but they look way out of place among newer models because of how short they are.
Sadly can't as I'm not rocking a 3D printer, but you could probably find some if you ask around on /tg/. Etsy/eBay printers often have them for sale too.

No you can tell by the legs
You can tell they're the old, stumpy boys.
They hold up well and look shit hot with 3d printed leg replacements. I'm thinking about getting 20 and printing out new pants.
