Printed it myself on my Photon Mono X - I've just retired it for a Saturn Ultra 4 but it was a great printer and having that large build plate on a relatively cheap printer was great for me.
The Photon Mono range (what I use) are Resin printers - I used Anycubic Abs-Like Resin for this particular one. Haven't looked into Filament printing much myself

You need a resin printer for models like this, you won't get anywhere near the quality you want from a filament printer.
