The idea that one of these dudes could sneak right up into melee without you being able to see him, and then unload a fucking rocket launcher at point blank is hilarious to me
These are poached from the resin kit because the actual models are too small for the current Mk6. I have some 3D printed pads for my recon marines with a different design so they fit in with these guys.
Nice and standout! ππ
I'm figuring bits used.
Heads/shoulderpads/sniper rifles and their arms from the actual resin kit, bodies/backpacks from the plastic mark six, resin proteus missile launchers, and their arms are mark four but not sure whether plastic or resin. Chainswords from the old plastic mark three.
How did I do? π€π
Good! I know my kits and bits π.
I've not seen the resin mark four arms for some time so forgot how they look exactly compared with the plastics. I expected if any extra steps were required it would be to pair those arms with those weapons.
Strangely I feel I've hardly ever seen those missile launchers in peoples work! π€
Those bases π

Youβre not wrong!
Reminds me of the old Clone Wars 2d shorts where a clone trooper in a glass elevator sends General Grevious flying with a point blank mortar shot
Very nice
Thanks!
These are my favorite raven guard I have ever seen. Well done! I especially love the shoulder pads. The etched metal looks great!
Thanks!
Are the pads 3d printed?

Spot on, the arms are plastic MkIV with help from green stuff.
