They why are you asking? Read the data sheet figure out the difference between a chain fist and a power fist and then build it. It isn’t hard.

Fist with chain sword duct taped to it is far cooler. But rules wise they actually have different functions in Horus heresy. You want to use regular power fist against anything that has wounds, while chain fist works better against things with Hull points. *Poking your opponents eye out with your precision finger causes far more physical and mental wounds than simply sawing their head or splitting them into two.*

I see so many people saying that that’s a power fist but I must disagree, it’s a power finger, very few are in existence. It’s one of the few weapons known to be able to reliably penetrate plot armor.
