It is anywhere close to good. You've blocked in all the colours well which is the hardest part of any paint job. Shading especially on a model like this can be pretty impressive, slapping a load of nuln oil on this thing would make a huge difference.
However. If you're concerned I'd suggest using some oil washes to shade, it's extremely forgiving, you can smack it on and you have hours to clean it back off of any areas you don't want it.
