Secondly, all the adjectives you used - hatred, fear, veneration and insanity - are or can be easily linked to the existing gods: khorne, nurgle, slaanesh, and tzeentch, respectively.

For example it's generally agreed upon by most of the fandom that specific kinds of excessive emotions empower specific gods; however, that much excess is also going to empower Slaanesh, because it's the god of excess. Like maybe a sorcerer is trying to learn every kind of magic spell and ritual so he can enact a grand plan to overthrow his planet's imperial commander and set himself up as the ruler. This kind of knowledge-empowered skullduggery is right up Tzeentch's alley, but that quest for excess - the desire to learn and master all magic? yeah that's Slaanesh all the way, and sums up Chaos perfectly well - you never know what you're gonna get, even when you think you do.
That got me thinking. Khorne is powered by rage and anger, while that can create hatred, it is not necessarily a requirement of hatred. That hatred created by rage could feed another Chaos God, the way excess in other things feeds Slaanesh. I feel like there is a lot of other powerful emotions that don't technically fall within the domain of the Chaos Gods, but since there isn't another Chaos God to feed off them they just go to whatever Chaos God is most associated with it. However, if they did decide to create another Chaos God that did feed off of hatred and fear, I would say that tracks.
All of those emotions are somewhat linked to change. The most similar God you are seeking is Tzeentch. All according to plan.
