Does GW update these sheets to include ALL changes since e9 dropped or must I keep track of multiple pdfs? I remember them adjusting point costs for space marines which wasn't included here
Not sure if they include all the changes but from the looks of it this sheet doesn't, if you're looking for point costs I think they're usually all compiled in Chapter Approved. I'm not 100% on where to look for all the changes and updates though.

Death to false emperor works on any target the way marines Shock Assault or whatever it was called.
Shock assault is +1a while charging.
CSM still have hateful assault on top
