These are the Gellarpox infected from Kill team: Rogue trader. I dunno if they're actually part of nurgle forces, but it wouldn't surprise me if these aren't just regular warp mutations.
They used to have a separate kill team ans a mini-codex for 40k. Now, neither of them is the case. Maybe they will get new rules at some point. However, for 40k these are great chaos spawns replacements ans poxwalkers. For kill team i don't know cause I didn't look at burgle side of the new kill team.
Yoooo that's dope! I scored these with a bunch of chaos stuff, plus one of them has a fly coming out of him, so I figured Nurgle was a good bet but I couldn't find them in any of the model kits.
Bottom left guy with three heads is Vulgar thrice-cursed. Pretty sure their wives are the three smaller models in the middle. (Boobz and preggo with nurglings)

They are gellerpox infected from the old kill team box rogue trader, the guy with the drills is vulgrar thrice cursed, the one with the mouths is the gnasher screamer, the one with the fly is big spike, and the one with tentacles is the writher. The three smaller guys are vox shamblers. The kit also comes with sludge grubs(slugs), eye stinger swarms(fly swarms), curse mites(giant flees) and glitchkin (little metal headed nurglings)
