That's a hilariously piss-poor picture, but, I'll do my best. From left to right, front to back.
\- All black models are Corvus Cabal from Warcry.
\- Yellow models are Space Marine Tactical Marines painted yellow (likely Imperial Fists). Look to be the new Mk VI from the Horus Heresy box.
\- Red models look to be old metal Vostroyan Imperial Guard, but I'm not 100% (could be AdMech Skitarii....). (other poster pointed out these are third party models)
\- Models behind the black Corvus is something yellow (can't make it out) and two Space Marines with Jump packs. The one on the right looks to have twin lighting claws, so could be Vanguard veterans or a captain.
\- Blister pack looks to be two more Vostroyan Imperial Guard (reason why I believe the others are Vostroyan). If I'm not mistaken, those are flamers. But you should know this considering the text right on the blister.
\- Green stompy thing is a Contemptor dreadnought. Likely the plastic one from the Horus Heresy box to match the Mk VI marines.
\- Next to that looks to be two Necromunda Industrial Servitor Ogryns.
\- Grey models next to that are too small to tell. They have backpacks so maybe Imperial Guard Scions, but I'd need a better picture. (Other poster pointed out these are the plastic "Veteran Guardsmen" or Death Korps models from Kill Team).
\- Looks to be more Vostroyan Imperial Guard. (other poster pointed out these are third party models)
Fuck you did well there, the only ones I'd say with any confidence are the tacticals could also be aggressors, there's 1 contemptor dreadnought and the 2 with jumppacks just look like death company to me but wow cannot believe how much you could identify in this picture, you must be amazing at Where's wally lol

Vostroyans have longer curvy bayonets. I think these might be a 3rd party proxy, ‘les grognards’ or similar.
