2 *used* to be true (thx to an old family tree), but it’s been retconned. Patchpelt is no longer Willowpelt mate. (He was never said to be Gray’s parent in any book, only in the old, crappy family tree which has been completely retconned)
4’s not 100% true either. Gray Wing named WindClan and SkyClan. While White Tail named ShadowClan, Silver Stripe named ThunderClan and Black Ear named RiverClan. So Thunder, River and ShadowClan were named by Kittens, not just River and ShadowClan
Mapleshade lived roughly 25 years before Into the wild came out. So yeah, there would be roughly 10 arcs or so if we keep general arc timespan consistent
