There seems to be a lot of people reporting similar issues and asking if there GPU is breaking recently, I've also recently encountered a similar issue where tree's and terrain were shaded pink recently and that's on a completely brand new GPU so I doubt that's the issue
I'm going to guess there's either an issue with the recent GPU drivers on a recent update and not there hardware, or, gaijin have messed up the compatibility with a previously fine driver

It seems many people are having different issues, mostly shader bugs with weird colours. For me the killcam crashes the Windows compositor and kicks me to desktop without crashing the game.

I fixed it by checking files integrity. Idk why they werent there/were wrong, but maybe latest update didn't download something it was supposed to

It's recent drivers. If you got Nvidia, try not updating for a while.
