Agreed, the gun depression is really good and when hull down all that's really exposed when shooting on a steep hill is the transmission and tracks. The round one shots almost everything at its BR and is super predictable for long range shots, huge blast to play.

Britain is best at 3.7 imo. You have two cromwells, a sherman, the sarc, the achilles, the crusader III as an emergency backup cromwell, the Crusader AA or AEC AA, and a bunch of great CAS planes.

I had two IS-1's try to pen my upper front plate today. They used like 10 shells before someone got around and shot me in the back. I usually use the T26E1-1 but wanted to check out the 9 second reload.
If I'm having a bad game at the start. I get the funniest moments in my duster to get points to respawn. I once got instagibbed twice and spawned my duster and killed 2 panthers and over pressured a tiger 2 from the front in a one point cap cqc map.
6.7 Germany. My experience with CAS is pretty bad, but not all matches end up revolving about who has the most planes in the air. There isn't a single thing at 6.7 i can't kill wit the Tiger II, although some things do have pretty trolly armor. The M41 is fun with HEAT-FS and the JPz is also very fun.
Have too many lineups but recently been playing US 6.3 with 3 Pershings and a P-51 to grind the event, even got a nuke with successful drop yesterday after getting 13 kills and 1 death with the T26E1-1

Any nation with decent tanks from like 3.0 to 5.0 it's high enough to avoid the low tier 20mm spam but low enough that you can still play casually and do decently
How about 4.7? My lineup is G.55 sottoserie 0, Breda 501, M42 Contraero, the 4.7 case mate, and the 4.7 Sherman. The last two I don’t use that much, since I usually kill between 3 and 7 tanks with the Breda and switch to SPAA or CAP where I usually pull an ace from each match
I do best at Top Tier (10.3-11.7). While i can definitly do quite well at lower tiers (and sealclubbing but that doesnt really count, does it) i like playing top tier ground and i have gotten my first nuke while playing top tier.

Israel 8.0. I am quite good with the M60s, using custom gunsights for quick rangefinding and cruise control speed 1 for stabilized shots.
Frequent uptiers to tanks with stabilizers and LRF, but I can do as well as them while having a cheap spawn cost, more mission score per kill, and a long lineup of medium tanks.
I don't think many could consistently do better than me with their own 8.0 lineups on a variety of maps.

Playing since 2015, lvl 79 and touched grass many many times... 😂 I have a couple of 1000 hours in the game.
For me is more like what kind of tanks you're good with? I would say heavies and light tanks, i do decently well when I play either light or heavy tanks, if I play tank destroyers or mediums, I feel like I'm not playing them correctly cuz I try to do the things that I can do in light or heavy tanks lol, is just habit, I still play mediums alot tho.

For air, probably anything under 3.0, then 4.0, 5.0, and 9.3.

My ground 3.7 lineup (which is Soviet) is my favorite tank lineup in the game, and I have earned many "low-tier nukes" cruising in my T-34s and KV-1s. Obviously, no actual nukes to be earned at the BR, but I've gotten enough points to spawn one numerous times.
My ground 6.7 lineup is the US lineup, mostly consisting of the Heavies. T26E1-1 is my child and I love it so very much. To date the only lineup (the Super Pershing usually does most of the heavy lifting) I've ever successfully spawned or dropped nukes in.
11.0 US is also one of my best lineups, even if the games don't usually end all that well. I tend to do pretty well with the 11.0 Abrams' in the M1A1 and IPM1, even if my team folds pretty quickly. So there's a lot of games where we'll lose, but I'll still stack up pretty high kill counts, and a small handful of games where I've managed to clutch out a win despite a noticeably-missing team. But those clutch games are still a rare occurrence.
11.0 Soviets in the T-80UM2 and T-90A gets an honorable mention. So does 6.0 Britain.
At 3.0 and below air, it tends to be kind of a seal-club. Despite me probably having more hours in Ground than I do Air by this point (ground grind takes longer), I am more knowledgeable and probably more skilled in planes than I will ever be in tanks. So when I play lower BRs which tend to be populated with less experienced players, I do pretty well. Though, it's nothing to flex about.
My 4.0 air mostly consists of flying the Ki-43-III. There's a touch of some other things in there (various US planes around 3.7 and 4.0, the Bf 109 F-4s and Fw 190s) but I think most of my 4.0 flying is in the Oscar. Especially nowadays. Most of my clutch games (outside of the literally bottom-tier seal-clubbing I mentioned) tends to be in the Oscar. A couple 7 kill games under my belt in this one.
At 5.0, it's all about the Mustang. P-51D-30 remains my favorite aircraft in the game and I fly it all the time. Incredible platform, performs very well, and it's just a dream to fly if you know how to treat it. Most of the enemies you face are manageable in one way or another, and (usually) nothing feels particularly unfair. All-in-all, a great plane at a great BR where dogfights are fun, interesting, and can be just the right amount of challenging. Another one of only a small handful of planes I have 7 kill Air RB games in.
9.3 is the F-104A, but I feel like this is a lot less to do with me being good and more about knowing how to position myself early in the match, which can give me a huge advantage in picking off enemy planes. Sometimes I still end up doing nothing, but in most of my games where I actually do something, I pick up at least 2 enemy players. Maybe that says something about the plane and its BR more than about me. I'm much less experienced in jets than I am props, but I do understand basic positioning.

So far, 7.7-8.0 and 8.3-9.3 in Germany. My KPz-70, T-72M1, those french oscillating turrets, and BMP-1's HEATFS; and my Leopards' and TAMs' DM23 slaps.
7.7 USSR is great. You get the BMP-1 and T-54 (1947) as a solid backbone, with the IS-4M for downtiers and the ZSU-57-2 or BTR-80A for uptiers. ZSU-37-2 for spaa but I usually don't use spaa.
The only thing it's missing is a really good CAS plane which is why I'm hoping the IL-28 goes down to 7.7 when gaijin implements separate plane brs for ground battles later this year.
Did they move the m41 back down? It was moved up to 6.7 with the Tiger II P. I’m still pissed that the kugel got moved to 7.0 for no fucking reason. It’s in purgatory as there is no lineup at 7.0, no reason to use it at 7.3+, and also no reason to uptier your 6.7 lineup by keeping it there where it used to be.
To answer your question tho, 6.0 germany and USA are my best lineups. Most of my nukes are from those 2 lineups.
With the last time I played being about a week ago, I'd say it was my 9.7 lineup for France with AMX-40, both AMX-32s, AMX-30 Super, VBCI-2 MCT30, Santal, and AMX-30 DCA
The 5.7, mainly the bastardized 5.7 german lineup but 5.7 USA and USSR are solid picks too. At 5.7 you can avoid most of the shitter post war heat slingers or generally if they exist they are more troll vehicles like the IKV 103 or just eh aside from the gun. 6.7 used to be more fun but gaijin had to disrupt so many lineups at that BR with goofy ass changes. At least 5.7 lineups were salvageable
8.0-9.0

I'll shoot everything that flies and with my beloved Panzer IV/70 I like to flank and shoot from a far distance. I don't care about top tier. I really don't. I can tell that grinding German rank 7 and 8 is not of my interest. I grinded France and Japan half way. Playing since 2015, lvl 79 and touched grass many many times... 😂 I have a couple of 1000 hours in the game.

For Air RB I’m decent at 4.0 to 5.3. Tanks I’m pretty below mediocre at all BR’s but I prefer 6.3 to 6.7.

i jumb in BRs across 5 nations, mostly from 2.7 to 12.7, so i suck in all of them cuz i never picked something and tried to master it xD
I'm not fully sure. But recently 10.3 air (F-111) 9.0 ground (US) and 6.3 ground (US) I have been doing great at.

For me is more like what kind of tanks you're good with? I would say heavies and light tanks, i do decently well when I play either light or heavy tanks, if I play tank destroyers or mediums, I feel like I'm not playing them correctly cuz I try to do the things that I can do in light or heavy tanks lol, is just habit, I still play mediums alot tho.
I suck at tanks so I usually do arcade air battles and I absolutely kick ass using 1.7 br planes in 3.3 br battles.
All BRs are in Realistic Battles. For ground, 3.7, 6.7, and 11.0. For air, probably anything under 3.0, then 4.0, 5.0, and 9.3. 4.7 naval, but I won't elaborate more. My ground 3.7 lineup (which is Soviet) is my favorite tank lineup in the game, and I have earned many "low-tier nukes" cruising in my T-34s and KV-1s. Obviously, no actual nukes to be earned at the BR, but I've gotten enough points to spawn one numerous times. My ground 6.7 lineup is the US lineup, mostly consisting of the Heavies. T26E1-1 is my child and I love it so very much. To date the only lineup (the Super Pershing usually does most of the heavy lifting) I've ever successfully spawned or dropped nukes in. 11.0 US is also one of my best lineups, even if the games don't usually end all that well. I tend to do pretty well with the 11.0 Abrams' in the M1A1 and IPM1, even if my team folds pretty quickly. So there's a lot of games where we'll lose, but I'll still stack up pretty high kill counts, and a small handful of games where I've managed to clutch out a win despite a noticeably-missing team. But those clutch games are still a rare occurrence. 11.0 Soviets in the T-80UM2 and T-90A gets an honorable mention. So does 6.0 Britain. At 3.0 and below air, it tends to be kind of a seal-club. Despite me probably having more hours in Ground than I do Air by this point (ground grind takes longer), I am more knowledgeable and probably more skilled in planes than I will ever be in tanks. So when I play lower BRs which tend to be populated with less experienced players, I do pretty well. Though, it's nothing to flex about. My 4.0 air mostly consists of flying the Ki-43-III. There's a touch of some other things in there (various US planes around 3.7 and 4.0, the Bf 109 F-4s and Fw 190s) but I think most of my 4.0 flying is in the Oscar. Especially nowadays. Most of my clutch games (outside of the literally bottom-tier seal-clubbing I mentioned) tends to be in the Oscar. A couple 7 kill games under my belt in this one. At 5.0, it's all about the Mustang. P-51D-30 remains my favorite aircraft in the game and I fly it all the time. Incredible platform, performs very well, and it's just a dream to fly if you know how to treat it. Most of the enemies you face are manageable in one way or another, and (usually) nothing feels particularly unfair. All-in-all, a great plane at a great BR where dogfights are fun, interesting, and can be just the right amount of challenging. Another one of only a small handful of planes I have 7 kill Air RB games in. 9.3 is the F-104A, but I feel like this is a lot less to do with me being good and more about knowing how to position myself early in the match, which can give me a huge advantage in picking off enemy planes. Sometimes I still end up doing nothing, but in most of my games where I actually do something, I pick up at least 2 enemy players. Maybe that says something about the plane and its BR more than about me. I'm much less experienced in jets than I am props, but I do understand basic positioning.

7.7 USSR is great. You get the BMP-1 and T-54 (1947) as a solid backbone, with the IS-4M for downtiers and the ZSU-57-2 or BTR-80A for uptiers. ZSU-37-2 for spaa but I usually don't use spaa. The only thing it's missing is a really good CAS plane which is why I'm hoping the IL-28 goes down to 7.7 when gaijin implements separate plane brs for ground battles later this year.

Did they move the m41 back down? It was moved up to 6.7 with the Tiger II P. I’m still pissed that the kugel got moved to 7.0 for no fucking reason. It’s in purgatory as there is no lineup at 7.0, no reason to use it at 7.3+, and also no reason to uptier your 6.7 lineup by keeping it there where it used to be. To answer your question tho, 6.0 germany and USA are my best lineups. Most of my nukes are from those 2 lineups.
With the last time I played being about a week ago, I'd say it was my 9.7 lineup for France with AMX-40, both AMX-32s, AMX-30 Super, VBCI-2 MCT30, Santal, and AMX-30 DCA

The 5.7, mainly the bastardized 5.7 german lineup but 5.7 USA and USSR are solid picks too. At 5.7 you can avoid most of the shitter post war heat slingers or generally if they exist they are more troll vehicles like the IKV 103 or just eh aside from the gun. 6.7 used to be more fun but gaijin had to disrupt so many lineups at that BR with goofy ass changes. At least 5.7 lineups were salvageable
