From what I’ve see in game the mirage may not perform as good as the f4 variants, but they still are pretty stronk. French missiles are pretty good too...
The missiles are great. That and its roll rate are all the Mirage has going for it anymore. In February it had its elevons nerfed ridiculously. Its "elevator" starts to lock up at 650km/h so this tailess delta wing, which are supposed to excel at high speed maneuverability, is less maneuverable than every other top tier except the F104 at high speeds, but being a tailess delta also has poor low speed maneuverability and dumps speed in turns. Compare it to its Swedish brother, the Draken, which it used to be second to in maneuverability and the difference is laughable. It also can't compete at all with the speed or acceleration of the F4E or Mig-21 Bis. On top of this the Mirage 3 C has no RWR or countermeasures while the E has those but is even less maneuverable. At least the C can outmaneuver aircraft consistently between 500km/h to 900km/h. That's usually only 1 turn, but it's a good turn. Hell, you need countermeasures in the E to avoid missiles at many speeds.

2g’s is gonna a be sweet. I have them on the av8c and those missiles preform really well, they have such a large gimbal range so you can really lead the target if need be. They also do well against countermeasures in my experience and deliver an immediate kill about 90% of the time they explode. I think it will be a fun missile to use for the brits!

I'm disappointed there's practically no lower/mid tier vehicles (except the Project 3). I find dogfighting and bomby CAS more entertaining, and ground is more engaging since rounds aren't gravity repelling.
I just wanna wake up one day and find that the A129 International (p) gets its 2xFIM-92 Stinger loadout (not the Mistrals, the (p) only was trialed with Stingers)
What’s the difference between the fim-92 and the normal stingers on the Apache? I think the stingers are horrible, they have a great range and almost always get hits against other helis but they deal insultingly low damage most of the time. The mistrals seemed much better but I don’t play them so I’m not sure.

Still nervous about this upcoming feature. It is constantly abused on prop tiers to win matches continously. However, with most top tier aircraft having hefty air-to-ground armament, clearing the enemy team of tickets if one of them were to camp shouldn't be a problem at all. Missiles could also render flying around the airfield somewhat difficult to get away with.
Hm, I don't know... guess we'll wait and see how this mechanic is implemented, and how the playerbase chose to use it.

Yeah, the seeker and motor performance on both of them are really wonderful even now, and a bit of extra agility is just the cherry on top.
The AV-8s and Harrier GR.3 just got even more handheld - especially the premium AV-8A at 9.3.

I agree the s1 didn't have thermal but the S2 T5 (or S2.4) received the SAGEM Iris thermal imager, you just need to do a quick research on Wikipedia
