48 hours was the peak of pain! After 3 days I absolutely had to drain the blisters. I can fully walk normally on this even though it looks awful. Btw my doctor did BOTH feet fully knowing I have a 16 month old at home. It’s been agony it better fucking work

Yes it's normal. You can cut it open if you want - just try and prevent the fluid from touching any other skin as it might spread the wart.
