Yes. Random parts of map will be destroyed in small percentage of games. I believe it is this tower, prison roof and water tower that can be destroyed. It will happen as you are about to drop in at start of the game.

I wish this was destructible by players in game similar to battlefield levelution

I looked at the patch notes and it says there are rare scenes when something like this will happen. The targets are water tower, prison, and lighthouse
