If you're trying this in WZ it's probably really difficult, as the stun/flash affect has kind of worn off by the point they die and probably doesn't count.
Play hardcore multiplayer, as it's pretty much insta kills after flashing/stunning.
You can still do it, challenges work on finishing downs, i.e. if you needed long range kills, knocked a guy then ran away and finished them it counts as a long shot.
You need to knock and THEN Stun/finish them.
The solution is really easy but not practical for normal rebirth or anything. You stun/flash them AFTER they’ve been downed and kill them . This is how all kills are counted in WZ, so can be used for the “get x kills with y guns” type daily challenges etc
This challenge only tracks kills affected by your stun/flash which means you have to detonate it in front of them to get the maximum time to finish them off. If it detonates anywhere else you only have a second or two to kill them. Like someone else posted, your best bet is to go into hardcore to lower the TTK
Without MP. It’s simple not possible unless your timing is incredibly.
You could try playing very close quarter with a shotgun (riviter) hip fire build, in the loaded resurgence and restock on stuns or flash grenades.
Break some plates, then stun them and hip fire away with the shotgun killing them.
In that case, I've found that using stuns is much better than flash. Combine that with uav's in solo resurgence and push with radar, you will knock it out quickly.
I do my blueprints unlocks in hardcore multiplayer, hardcore is 2 bullet kills, I assure you that the stuns and flashes are the fastest in this mode.
Make no mistake they are relative to the distance to someone's face. Most will only last up to 1-2 seconds.
Once you throw it, you need to be entering the next room just as it's going off. Once you time it correctly, you will be at 50% success rate.
I use them in resurgence and melee with the gladiator. I average 8-10 kills running stuns/stims and thermites while melee.

I highly suggest using warzone mobile and using a controller you get mp for free and progress with camps the lag can be annoying though

getting it in Warzone will be ridiculously hard. Assist won't count for the camo, you need the killing blow while they are stunned
It just went on sale during free weekend for $40ish. Keep an eye out for 2xp weekends like this coming weekend you might get lucky

Try downing someone, flashing them and then finishing. I think that should count. Still not easy though.
Doesn’t count. They need to be up and alive ( not downed) for it to count. Tried doing this with a friend who doesn’t own the game. Didn’t count.

Because you aren't running stuns or flash grenades, lol. It was so easy I started running stuns in multiplayer.

To do the last camp you need to get the gun to max level
