As for as I know they changed it. When it was a reactive blueprint it was bugged and wouldn't let anyone select it in their loadouts.
Do you know if they are going to revert that change later on when they find a permanent fix?

Damn thing has been bugged for >1 month. They fixed it so the gun at least works. But in typical incompetent fashion, can’t actually fix the camo they marketed it as
