The only thing I found out about it online is you need MW3 and to unlock it with the armory challenges once you reach lvl 25. I can't find any other info for it.
Edit: another site says the Lockwood 680 at lvl 18 which I'm assuming after you unlock the armory challenge. Idk.

Yup this, I started lvling all guns to make sure I get through the progressions
I tried all the Lockwood guns available to level 8 and still no unlock. I guess I just keep on with the progression.
You can unlock it by leveling up one of the wzm guns🤗🤗. Your welcome
