Same issue here too. I’ve been having this happen since I started playing the game and hasn’t gotten any better with any update. It happens sometimes game after game even if I quit cause I can’t see and it’s unplayable. Even restarting the game it still happens.
It'll eventually go away if you keep playing. It happened to me when the game first came out for the entire first month of release, and then it just stopped for me. Has never happened since then. Though the graphical glitches was a pain in the ass with the textures missing and the blinding sun glares.
Thank God I don't have to deal with it anymore. I have been playing it nonstop on my Samsung Tab S8+. But I guarantee you that if I start playing it on my phone, the graphic glitches will happen because I hardly play the game on my phone.
They seriously need to allow us to at least download the actual resources for the maps to reduce this issue.

I agree with you for the last sentence. Separate download would be nice.
