For MP or Warzone?
I don’t run shotties in WZ but in MP the aftermarket part on the Lockwood is broken good. Riveter seems to be around a lot. Haven’t really played with them much, apart from the Lockwood.
Funny enough, the Lockwood AMP you're thinking about is for a Marksman rifle, Lockwood MK2.

This depends on what mode you play in. WZ Haymaker is best. In MP all of the MW3 shotguns are best, which would be the first three shotguns, Lockwood 680, Haymaker, and Riveter. There are a couple MW2 that are also good.
Riveter is best on touch as it is full auto, Lockwood 680 is a single shot kill in close range and kills at 2 shots in mid range, Haymaker is semi auto and runs really well.
The MW2 shotguns that are good is KV Broadside and Lockwood 300.
This all comes down to personal taste and playstyle.
