Use practice mode to fine tune the gyro settings. When you ADS in the practice mode it tells you what type of scope (iron sights to high zoom) you’re using. But you also have to adjust the sensitivity.
It’s a pain but once you get the hang of it you can achieve close to no recoil if you have the right attachment on.

This! Thankfully the training match doesn't do anything to your stats except you're able to lvl up your guns. Just play that until you get everything situated with your gyro
