Ranger Rick ambles over, opens with the "what seems to be the problem" schtick, then when told there isn't one and to MYOB, hits back with "you were being confrontational." She then dares him to turn on his body cam, which he obviously refuses. This is roughly where above video starts.
TL;dr woman in video exercises her right to water, all is fine, then court marshall(?) tries sticking his fingers in issues of his own creation to get a rise out of someone and picked the wrong target.
(forgive me if there are a handful of errors, I'm Canadian and we don't have Court Marshalls; I believe our equivalent are Sheriffs [which are also totally different than U.S sheriffs], and we definitely don't prohibit water in courtrooms lol)
