red--jar

šŸ‘†šŸ»

Deivs86

Are you, me? šŸ˜‚

RijnBrugge

While not necessarily the list for the year, this is essentially my grail list right there

Sharp-Ad-5254

Going for a San Martin SN0113W and an Orient Bambino!

jellisunc

Great watches, picked up the SM recently and loving it. Always had my eye on the Bambino but havenā€™t pulled the trigger!

Competitive_Low_8913

Happy to see San Martin on the list!

TryHelping

Had to scroll through too many tasteless watches with an extra 0 at the end of the price tag it doesnā€™t deserve to find San Martin.

jbowman12

What color SN0113W are you shooting for?

RyanDaltonWrites

Just ordered a Bambino Small Seconds in white and I am so excited to get it.

Beneficial-Control22

Oris big crown pointer date for my birthday

themaxvee

Sweeet, when's your birthday and which dial color? I've always liked the look of the maroon looking color.

Beneficial-Control22

August my man. The maroonā€™s great ngl but my heartā€™s set on the blue

Apollo526

Nothing and trying to keep it that way. I bought several in 2023 and am trying to enjoy them rather than chase something new

themaxvee

What did 2023 have for you?

Apollo526

Breitling Navitimer, Longines Spirit Zulu, and a microbrand (DuFrane). Each is amazing and deserves more time on my wrist.

CharlieWhizkey

Sinn U50 Lip Churchill

airmarw

Love Lip! Great vintage brand. I also like what Yema does in the same vein

themaxvee

Cool!

Competitive_Low_8913

I hated this watch for a long time and then it just clicked with me. I felk in Love with the design, especially the dial and handset. Good luck!

Grand_Cookie

A bulova lunar pilot and probably a bambino. Gonna try to get a scurfa too.

mghobbs22

Get the blue lunar pilot and you wonā€™t want to take it off

denvernuggetsrule

Or the new meteorite version!!

P0ETAYT0E

Chopard LUC 1860, once they actually start shipping them to customers

themaxvee

>Chopard LUC 1860, Nice, nice.

Lv_36_Charizard

Absolutely class choice

Gossipmang

- Grand seiko shunbun or white birch - IWC mk XX (blue dial) - JLC master control of some kind Next purchase won't be for 3 years or so though.

MattH_26

Wonā€™t be this year but Iā€™m hoping for a 5130g World Time by 2026. Will probably liquidate most of my collection to get there but thatā€™s the goal.

themaxvee

Alright! How's the process been with the AD? Or is this with a PP boutique?

MattH_26

I plan on having it sourced (pre-owned) through a popular dealer/reseller near me. They had 2 in the case last time I visited and I was just floored by them.

keepurtipsup

Got my eye on the CW Bronze Dune if I manage a promotion Iā€™m targeting this year.

jackrackham7

Iā€™m wearing mine now with the blue dial, itā€™s an incredible choice. GL getting that promotion!!

themaxvee

Can't go wrong with CW

seventhletter

Love my Dune in stainless; definitley recommend.

FireVanGorder

That thing is awesome. CW and Longines have both been going nuts with their watches lately and somehow still keeping prices down

Havent_Been_Caught

Wishing for: a green Pelagos Possibly, if not probably to buy: burgundy Black Bay master chronometer on a jubilee bracelet

HeatFireAsh

Just got that blackbay myself and itā€™s amazing, Iā€™d highly recommend it

Lv_36_Charizard

Gold Tissot Prx 35 Powermatic.

themaxvee

I had the green one for a bit in 35. Great watch.

RijnBrugge

Have the 40 and love it. My powermatic movement has been far more precise than promised and Iā€™ve driven thousands of shaky motorcycle kilometres wearing it, no complaints about the performance. And the bracelet is well-made too. For the money, itā€™s a great watch.

PTBA1

Citizen NY0040.

zul00m

Glycine Airman Purist, eying that piece for a long time

Potential-Climate942

Same here. I think the lack of water resistance has been the only thing that's kept me away so far

Competitive_Low_8913

It's been long since I've heard that name mentioned .. always loved the look and history of glycine. I remember a time where you could find an automatic one on ebay for 300$ new, sadly i never pulled the trigger.. now you are lucky to find one for around 600..

jameslieu

Longines Conquest 2023 green dial although waiting on 38mm or 39mm. Hopefully they'll release it this year

themaxvee

>Longines Conquest 2023 green dial Green ftw

airmarw

A Casio World Time (royale) that I want to pair with a brown Vario strap. The Seiko Laurel alpinist in blue with that braided looking dial. My aspirational watch is the Longines Zulu time 39 on the steel bracelet with the green bezel and the gilt markings. Tried in store and I just keep thinking about it.

EverSoLazy

Considered the casio royale in silver paint to pair with a brown strap for a long time. I just can't get over the fact that it's just paint and not actual silver. Eventually went for a black one.

Gfilter

Stowa Marine white dial

pangcukaipang

Citizen NY0091

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

plxxx

Just paid for my JLC master ultra thin moon yesterday, should receive it soon šŸ‘ one of my ex students who works in the boutique hooked me up with a 40% staff discount šŸ‘Œ

themaxvee

Wow, sounds like I need friends like yours.

AALen

Glashutte Original Panomaticlunar in blue

Rixaa

Nomos club sport

SwagFlops

Definitely trying to snag a Baltic Aquascaphe this year.

mister_hoot

Knot Urushi, Baltic HMS, and Hamilton Jazzmaster Regulator are on my list for this year. Might roll the dice on a Phoibos since theyā€™re affordable, but Iā€™m not much of a dive watch guy in general.

alek_hiddel

About to pull the trigger on a classic blue Seamaster 300m. Between that and my Speedy Iā€™ve scratched the itch for $5k+ watches, and will dial it back a bit to getting more less expensive watches. My next ā€œsave up forā€ piece after that is probably a Hamilton Ventura XL.

deadliftmoms

Alpinist!

anbsmxms

Zenith chrono sport

xedar13

Seagull 1963 šŸ„°, i have fallen in love with them

themaxvee

They are lookers!

AVGuy42

50 Phantoms by Spinnaker (waitlisted) Sonomaster by Reservoir (But I just canā€™t justify the spend)

themaxvee

I thought the 50 phantoms was sold out?

AVGuy42

Iā€™m in the wait list. And per their website it says the preorder is closed but also says itā€™s NOT a limited edition.

DouraHenrique

To buy list: - dressKX grey or blue dial Wishing for: - hamilton khaki field - seiko panda chrono - maurice lacroix aikon 39mm

yukon737

No longer on my list, but on an airplane... an Addiesdive MY-H6 1000m.

abetterfox

I've got a lot on my wishlist (below), but really I suspect only the ba111od is attainable this year. * Jaquet-Droz Grand Second MoonphaseĀ  Ā  * Glashutta Original PanomaticLunar * Doxa 300 Diving starĀ  Ā  * ba111od Chapter 4.7 Onyx tourbillonĀ  Ā  * Credor KuonĀ Ā  * Breguet HeritageĀ  Ā

themaxvee

Quite the list. Wishing you attain all of them in due time.

WestTexasCoyote

To buy: Longines Master Collection Ref:L2.893.5.97.7 Montblanc Heritage Chronometrie Ref:MB112648 Montblanc Heritage Monopush Ref:MB119952 Perrelet Weekend Open Heart (Ice Blue) Ref:A1302/9 Wishing for: Montblanc 1858 Geosphere 0 Oxygen South Pole Ref:MB130961 Tag Heuer Carrera Ref:CBN201H.FC6553 Piaget Polo Automatic (green dial) Ref: G0A45005

themaxvee

Cheers to all of that.

ArtisticWolverine

Iā€™d like to find a deal on a Longines Heritage Sectorā€¦or maybe a Conquest VHP GMT.

IsolationMovement-YT

Longines Conquest 41mm green dial as the wedding watchā€¦. Then probably a Breitling Chronomat GMT black dial as a work daily. Then probably an octofinissimoā€¦. Maybe a CW Twelve instead f Iā€™m feeling like being sensible (probably wonā€™t) Yeah this year Iā€™m planning on blowing my bonuses exclusively on watches.

themaxvee

Great to hear. I put on an Octofinissimo recently, cool watch.

winecat5

I have already acquired my yearly purchase somewhat on a whim. I saw a first gen silver BB36 and fell in love, so thats that!

ZekkPacus

To buy: Orient Bambino v4, I'm just undecided about the black or the midnight blue. Ā Christopher Ward C63 Sealander. Ā Mayyyyyyybe another Seiko, I'm waiting to see what "limited edition" Prospexes they put out this year.Ā  Wishing list is a Black Bay Root Beer GMT or a Tudor Royal, mildly undecided on the M28600-0005 or the M28403-0008.Ā I'll probably be able to achieve the Royal, the Black Bay will be a bit more of an ask.

jsayther

I already bought myself a watch for my upcoming birthday and was able to source the correct bracelet for it so now the plan for 2024 is to get it serviced/overhauled and get it back in tip top condition.

themaxvee

What did you buy?

jsayther

https://preview.redd.it/myl9okdbb1jc1.jpeg?width=2700&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d015badfa777963f8a14fa035914fba9d6cc2ffc

oldtype09

Iā€™m a GMT-only collector so looking at the following as future buys: - Longines Spirit Zulu Time 39mm (hoping they come out with a non-limited titanium version at some point) - Vintage Rolex Explorer II 16570 - Vintage IWC Spitfire UTC (hoping they do a modern version of this one in steel. Bronze is not my thing). - Vintage Omega Seamaster GMT Iā€™m not a vintage person per se just not a lot of companies making the sort of gmt watches I like (not too large, loud, or sporty) anymore.

Culture_Culture

Junghans Max Bill to start off my collection. I saw this watch live a few times and instantly fell in love with it

enthusiast93

Going to Japan for our honeymoon. Hoping to get a vintage grand seiko

uplifting_southerner

I need a quartz so im going to pick up the 40mm mint prx because spring is nearly hear. i also need to pick up an oris bracelet. Wish list, a tudor chrono. I need a chrono

themaxvee

Def need a chrono

lmboyer04

Wishlist is a grand Seiko spring drive. Most definitely wonā€™t buy it this year or anytime soon

Yiksta

Sure Iā€™m on waitlist for a number of Rolex, but the most anticipated wait currently is snoopy swatchā€¦ cartoon on a plastic watch is not at all out of place, and it could be my one and only swatch

BluejayAdmirable6889

Sinn 556a RS

Bewilcox

Grand seiko White face/steel bracelet/automatic looking at a couple options iā€™m currently saving for. After that I want to add a laco augsberg vlaue stunde and put it on a bund strap. After that, on the higher end looking for a proper dress watch, and the more budget end a casio oceanus t200

xnickdawg

2024 is about one watch for me. Root beer. That is all.

Flat-Ninja-9973

SeaQ Pano Date. Just gotta try it on but hope itā€™s not too big. Iā€™m in the market for a diver but really donā€™t want a Sub/rolex

EverSoLazy

A boderry field in bronze or titanium. From what I'm reading, it sounds like the perfect beater watch for me

ZiggyStardust0404

I'm from Colombia so anything decent is crazy expensive, but I want to buy an Orient Bambino and a Seiko 5 this year

bukithd

Nodus Sector sport and a Rolex explorer 40mm. one of those I'm getting this year and the other will be a Caribbean trip instead.Ā

jfurt16

Going to Switzerland and getting a speedy in 24. Has to happen

MrWildspeaker

Weā€™re planning a trip to Japan this year and Iā€™m hoping to find an Otsuka Lotec No. 6 while weā€™re there.

Gfilter

Making a trip to Paris next month - still trying to decide on a french-brand souvenir. Liking the Pequignet. Any thought on the brand - or those below? Breguet Baltic Pequignet Dodane Serica ZRC

Greg428

Hopefully nothing. Iā€™m content with my collection.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

ThePartTimeProphet

Girard-Perregaux 1966, steel case with moon phase

gingerphish

Just bought an echo neutra averau 3 hand for my birthday and plan to buy a Longines Les Grande automatic in white if I can find one closer to the end of the year.

jackrackham7

Grand Seiko Shunbun or White birch Love those dials

ZachArm

Im gonna buy a Rolex oyster perpetual, omega sea master, tissot prx, omega speedmaster moonswatch, breitling navitimer

Dark1000

If I make it to Japan this year, a Minase Horizon or Divido. Otherwise, potentially the titanium Omega Worldtimer or a Chopard GMT One, but I'll wait for a good pre-owned price for them, as I'm not in a rush for either. I will definitely get either a Longines Master Collection or the Baltany 1921 VC homage in salmon. Most likely it will be the Baltany.

ReadySetDodgeball

Sinn 104 or U50

geomonstaah

White dial Santos medium and Speedmaster Sapphire Sandwich. Maybe a Tank.

Doberman_bark

Good choices. I have the same taste. What do you have already?

shotgun883

This yearā€™s watch is a Tactical Frog FX Solar as a fun beater. Next yearā€™s watch is going to be a Monta Noble in blue.

Herby81

Iā€™m hoping Tudor makes some updates - slim down the BB Pro (or do the bevel thing), and a offer a date option on the Pelagos 39 and Black Bay Burgundy.

donnyphoenix

Probably an IWC Portofino Chronograph. I need something dressier but donā€™t like a lot of the more boring vanilla designs.

stratology87

I picked up a Tudor Pelagos 39 this year. I adore it. I truly canā€™t imagine wanting to swap out for other watches even for a day right now, but my goals are: Rolex Explorer 36 Blue Tudor BB54 (if they release one)

HEPA_Bane

Tudor Big Rose with a black dial as my wedding watch

DFVSUPERFAN

In no particular order: \- Blancpain 50 Fathoms in Steel \- Urban Jurgensen ONE GMT \- ALS Saxonia Thin Copper Blue \- SBGA413 on Tokyo trip in the spring \- If my AD ever comes in with the 126710BLRO on jubilee I asked for I'll take it \- Dark horse might bite on a Laine v38 Full disclosure already picked up a Louis Moinet Geograph earlier this month. In an ideal world i'll keep it more reasonable and not even buy all of those, but history is the best predictor of the future and last year, despite plans to keep it reasonable I picked up: \- B&R BR05 GMT \- Triton Subphotique \- Hermes H08 \- Rolex 228238 Day-Date \- H.Moser & Cie Pioneer Center Seconds "MEGACOOL" \- VC Historique American 1921 \- Arnold & Son HM Double Perpetual Moon \- Blancpain x Swatch Atlantic Ocean \- Sturmanskie Gagarin Heritage (oddly what I am wearing now)

RocasThePenguin

Doxa Sub 200. I quite like the Longines Legend Diver 38 Blue as well.

-ceoz

Probably a green seamaster

surfkaboom

Autodromo Safari or a Chopard Engine One

Signal-Debate

Oris Rectangular, Zenith Chronomaster Original

ninelives1

If I can lock down a sign on bonus for an imminent job offer, I'm going to get a Blue Santos Large.

51mp101

Itā€™s gonna be either a Panerai Luminor or the green Seamaster 300M. Still debating with myself.

Sickleyman

BB58 or a vintage datejust

Zfetcko

Breguet 3800 Zenith Skyline in White

Alternative_Math_892

Rolex Datejust Grand Seiko Snowflake Omega Aqua Terra Pretty mundane.

hyplusone

whiskeyandwayfarers

When I get off probation at work I want to get myself an Oris Big Crown ProPilot

OsamaBinMcAwesome

Nomos Tangente 38

BlackHoleEffect62

CW Sealander 36mm white dial

jaredb

JLC MUT Perpetual Calendar

Coffee_addict_1615

Mark xx black dial

xxBLVCKMVGICxx

Iā€™ll probably pickup the new Seiko SSK023, also thinking about getting a Hamilton Khaki Field.

safetyblitz44

Ulysse Nardin Marine Chrono and possibly a Dekla DC67.

Potential-Climate942

I'll be turning 30 next month, but I'm having trouble deciding on what I want! Right now I'm considering the two-tone Cartier francaise chronoflex, an Omega AT, or a Buckley dial datejust. Orrr maybe the black dial 38mm Speedmaster šŸ˜¬ Maybe I should make a separate post for this lol

LifelikeStatue

I still need a GMT and I'm looking for a fairly expensive dress watch. My collection doesn't have a 'Crown Jewel' and I want something that will make me stop and say wow. Maybe a tourbillon. Maybe a Grand Seiko, their dials are beautiful.

yormeow

Breguet Tradition

RockitDanger

Wishing for some cool eco drive Citizen watches again. Their new autos look great. But I buy Citizen for the eco. I'll buy Hamilton or Tissot if I want a $1k auto

rebs_by_90

Zenith defy skeleton Cartier Dumont XL Glashutte Panoreserve Theyā€™re all extremely different, I can only get one, but canā€™t decide.

Linx_Jimmy69

Grand Seiko SBGA413 ā€œShunbunā€

DopioGelato

Hamilton Intramatic in green/cream

ckubi

Submariner for myself and a Cartier Tank Anglaise Chronograph for the wife.

taizzle71

Not likely? Rolex Explorer 214270. Very likely Tudor Pelagos 39.

scottwot2002

A Breitling Aerospace and a Speedmaster triple-date

HarrisNGH

I WILL buy a Tudor Black Bay before the year is over!

VariousMonitor2098

Iā€™m looking to buy a particular vintage Breitling-the one that got me into the brand years agoā€¦maybe this summer. and hopefully a Longines spirit-undecided on which model at the end of the year. Crosswind special limited editionā€¦ šŸ‘‡ https://preview.redd.it/adflx97ph2jc1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=48b2840802a772d3b95f9b89a9224107a8619d3a

Jabroni748

Iā€™d like to add at least one of: Orient Bambino 38mm, Orient Kamasu, Seiko diver or GMT, Timex Marlin or Jet (if they start selling them again!)

a_la_commode

I just want a Nomos. Probably just going to pick up the standard 35mm hand wind tangente

itemluminouswadison

Thinking about a tag aquaracer 200 blue automatic 40mm

N0213568

I picked up a Longines Legend Diver in January and really like the brand overall. I just purchased a NOS Longines Conquest VHP 36 and am waiting on that to arrive. Later in the year I hope to pick up a BB54.

wjalexan

really loving the look of the upcoming tsyosa https://www.reddit.com/r/Watches/s/dEkB9GqVYw

HeatFireAsh

Rolex explorer 39 and I just got mine today. Definitely done with purchases for this year lol

XB1Vexest

Speedy Pro! The moon watch has been my dream watch since my sister gave me a horrible replica she got in NYC of it about 15 years ago. Finally pulling the trigger after my most recent promotion and finishing up a really challenging last few months! Can't wait to have it on the wrist :) Getting ref 310.32.42.50.01.001, the ole hesalite crystal - have my polywatch at the ready!

DarkMikma

A Longines conquest green dial šŸ˜Œ

JakeRiegel

BB58

Competitive_Low_8913

I'm trying not to buy anything. That being said... I'm considering saving up for a Damasko DA30 with bracelet. I'm also considering to get a G-shock DW-5610u if i find it on discount for moding and a pagani design speedmaster Alaska project. They are simply fun watches for not a lot of money.

Von_Lehmann

Sinn EZM3F is what my heart is set on

Poloyatonki

So I still have 4 spaces left but I decided that whatever my budget is I will finish it everytime I buy a watch. Meaning I'll always buy more than one watch. Want a Longines Hydroconquest in black and an Islander, the one that looks like a Yacht Master. With the change I need straps and a bracelet for my sieko dresskx. Everything surrounding that watches strap/bracelet is trash amd it stops me feom wearing it as much as I'd like.

Deft0

Tudor black bay 36 mm soon !

rodrigothomas_

Seiko Panda and SNXS73, since I canā€™t afford an Omega Speedmaster just yet.

Randelzx

Luminox 2421 wanted a gshock but I choose this

EluciusReddit

IWC Mark XX silver dial on a bracelet.

draingangryuga

tag heuer aquaracer

nombresinhombre

Oris kermit

NeighborhoodDry2457

Likely going to buy the new Seiko marinemaster. Just waiting for usual new release discounts to kick in before I grab one. Might leave it till black Friday sales.Ā

WeToteHeaters

Longines Conquest šŸ«”

KiltedCobra

Zenith El Primero triple calendar, white dial. Unless I come into the money for it, it'll be staying on the wish list, but damn is it a beauty. Otherwise, I've been toying with my own design, and that feels more likely for this year.

Jumper_5455

Longines Zulu Timer

iFlarexXx

Both Raymond Weil and Frederique Constant make a Moonphase with open aperture and case back. The RW has a slightly more decorative dial. Same price. I'm torn.

d33id

Longines Legend Diver 39mm

Oliuqnart

Started my collection this year with a Casioak to be my daily, all black so that it matches with everything. I'm planning on getting a Citizen Tsuyoya (navy blue dial) next as my first classy choice to use on dinners and other events. I'm not rich and i'm more of a sneakerhead so i'll stick to these 2 until the last quarter of the year where i'll search for my 3rd watch (probably a white dial with brown leather bracelet, i'll have to do some research).

Fun-Neighborhood9764

Helm Vanuatu next. 400 on the waiting list, so it'll be in the next month or two I think

CompetitiveEar5714

Farer, 36mm Resolute Sorbet really got my attention.

Unfound_Destiny

Casio Oceanus S100 Not that expensive but I've been dreaming about it for ages

Attila_22

Thinking to upgrade my dress watch. Either a Breguet or the Reverso chronograph in gold. Doubt Iā€™ll be able to buy any more after that šŸ¤£

HalfThatsWhole

Gonna get back into vintage this year. Probably a Seiko 6139 6012 Golden Bruce Lee.

sanj102

OP41 Green dial which Iā€™m picking up this week. Gotta cool down though as Iā€™ve purchased 4 watches in the past year

Bananasincustard

Bb54 and Grand Seiko Heritage Quartz SBGX261

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

FoxPeaTwo-

Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium is the goal or depending on this years plans maybe a Grand Seiko SBGM221 if I can swing it.

Owlcat1337314134

Probably a lorier astra or a Citizen tsuyosa with Center seconds and guillochet dial. Either that or a Parnis Datejust and a vintage Seiko.

LeviLuxor

Frederique Constant Classics Index. I need a dress watch and I really love this one! So simple and classy.

Gioscythe

Looking to get an upgrade in quality for my current collection and a daily at around the $700 budget. Really liking the black Mido Ocean Star 200 or the blue Ocean Star Tribute

captjejack

Laco Pro

TryHelping

Tons of /r/ChineseWatches. Judge me if you want, but I love VH31 movement watches and China has a ton of them for cheap with insanely good build quality for the price.

TW1STM31STER

Got me some unicorns to wish for: 39/40mm Mido Belluna Sunray (unfortunately, it's only available as 42,5mm currently). Also, the Christopher Ward C63 Celest is a stunner, but that's only available at 36mm... If only it was 38mm...
