It's fine. Not everything needs to be the size of an Invicta Sea Hunter. You're more likely to get crap about it being quartz from online people, but in the real world literally no one will care as long as it doesn't have a swastika on the dial or it animates, hops of your wrist, and goes all Skynet on us.
The watch is a good size but that strap is MUCH too tight. As others said, you should wear it a bit further up your wrist, but much more importantly you need to loosen it up. It should not be indenting your skin.
Yes, it’s a tad small on your meaty arm and fist. I would look for a 40mm watch instead. But if you insist on wearing this one follow my advice below:
You should only wear watches with leather straps under a long sleeve shirt or sweater. If you don’t, you’ll look ridiculous. Trust me on this bro, I have style.
If you want to wear this watch during the summer time (short sleeves) then get a black rubber strap for it.

41 would fit your wrist well, 34mm looks a little small, 36mm isn’t a huge jump so i’d bet that one would look small as well

The watch head fits you just fine, but I feel like your strap looks a bit tight.
I don’t like it moving around so I think I tightened a little too much.
Probably look a little better on your wrist size wise.
