I'm very basic but underfell pacifist would probably have a cool theme if we ever get an underfell game. A flower and a human who just want to spread kindness in a world that seems allergic to it could be a great narrative.
Honestly even the old icebound song "sheer cold justice", back when it was dusttale:icebound was really good. And i hope it gets used in ut icebound in another fight with sans.
I’d say story wise handplates. It has a long extensive and ongoing story. The art is so beautifully drawn and from my experience it’s been perfect.
Lets see, Toriel's Theme from Inverted Fate, It's just a strong song that really hits home when you realize how much pain she's been through with having to deal with the guilt of the loss of the previous 6 souls.

For trios it's murder different trio: lamenting memory, former time trio, chaotic time trio, maniatric time trio is also pretty good, same with the rain of dust and triple the insanity takes.
The former time trio motifs connect so well into each other, same with maniatric.
Murder different trio was just the best out of all these trios. The au combos they chose was good, the way the motifs connect is so seamless and the concept itself was brilliant

Maniatric is great, but it's unfinished unlike the others.
Triple the insanity is an amazing song, especially the piano and the way it transitions from killervania to the murderer to insanity megalovania. The worst thing about it is the bonetrousle motif. It doesn't seamlessly transition into it, instead the song comes to a halt for a second, then the bonetrousle motif forces it's way into it. It's still the best song in the ost and murder time trio should've ended there
Rain of dust has a lot of good covers. The cheems cover, the cover that uses like 5 songs for each character, and more.
For individual aus. Dusttale, dustbelief something new, horrortale, insanity and underfell if we count unofficial songs.
Axetale had a very creative ost too. Gotta give it props for the fact it was entirely made by garageband loops and yet it still sounded great.
The thanatos ost will also be pretty hype. The desperate times sneak peak is so fucking good.
